Drilling of holes in concrete slab by core cutting machine for 75mm diameter upto a depth of 200 to 225mm depth at required spacings in slab in all grade of concrete as per specfications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Placing Non Shrink, Cementitious micro-concrete of 120 mm thick by using Rendroc RG of FOSROC/equivalent for jacketing/strengthening of the soffit of the slab adding 30%(maximum) of 12mm/6mm downgraded aggregate by weight of micro-concrete to attain early compressive strength of 30 Mpa in 3 days. The material is based on Ordinary Portalnd Cement , graded aggregates and fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, including machine, material, tools, labour etc complete.( 1800Kg/Cum with agg. & 1900 Kg/Cum without agg.) as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Concrete has to be poured through drilled holes( Item No. 01) spaced at regular intervals and tapping if required at various locations has to be made to the formwork to ensure free flow of the micro-Concrete and filling of the entire portion of the slab area. Note:- The works from Item Nos 1 to 7 has to be executed during Major Turn Around of the plant during Common Shut down and has to be executed within a period of 20 days

Providing and fixing plywood shuttering for slab to receive micro concrete, centering with adjustable steel jack props including deshuttering all complete as per the directions and specifications of the Engineer-In-Charge.
