Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations and plinth, under floor etc including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix reinforced cement concrete of M-35 grade including the cost of centering, shuttering and including admixtures as per approved mix design recommendation, (as per IS 9103) to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete at all heights up to V floors as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.(Note :- Minimum Cement content in this item shall not be less than 370 kg/cum. No Extra cost shall be payble for extra cement content ) Design mix has to be furnished by the contractor before commencement of the work and cost to this effect will be borne by the contractor only. Low w/c ratio has to be maintained with addition of suitable admixture in the design mix.However no extra payment will be made on account of this.

Providing, laying and fixing in position Fe500D grade TMT reinforcement steel of M/s.SAIL/TATA/VIZAG brand conforming to IS 1786 for in situ and precast work (all reinforced cement concrete works )including cutting, bending, supplying and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, supplying and laying spacer blocks etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in super structure i.e. above plinth level and up to floor V level, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 6 mm thick plaster in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) on concrete surfaces including drip mould wherever applicable, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing scaffolding etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12 mm thick plaster in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 fine sand) with floating coat of neat cement on concrete/brick masonry surfaces including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 18 mm thick plaster in two coats, under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete/brick masonry surfaces including providing and mixing waterproofing material in proportion recommended by manufacturer, all inclusive of hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Extra over & above item no. 13 for adding Waterproofing material in proportion recommended by manufacturer.

Providing & Fixing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch, vertical cladding and louvers fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. Providing and fixing corrugated adjustable ridges and hips in non-asbestos fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. ,all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing steel structure in position made of angles, channels, flats, pipes, plates, joists/beams, cleats etc., of M/s.SAIL/VIZAG/TATA brand for platforms, ladders, trusses, bracings, purlins, columns, beams, monorails, stairs, gratings with clips, EPs including making flange connections, splice connections, base plate connections etc., as directed, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding at site, painting the structure with two or more coats of chlorinated rubber paint of approved manufacture and shade over a coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer having total dry film thickness (DFT) of 120 microns etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and grouting bed bolt pockets in RCC pedestals/rafts using Tec grout/MS of Techny Chemy brand or equivalent as per manufacturer’s specification including curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes having 110 mm dia , conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including providing and fixing all necessary unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories conforming to IS : 13592 Type A etc., complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC door frame, made of uPVC exturded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension of Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension, comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC fixed glazed window /partition

Providing and fixing zinc alloyed (white powder coated) touch lock for uPVC sliding window with necessary screws etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with Decorative finish (both side wood grained finish). The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) complete as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete in top of culvert/cable trench etc., including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Dismantling tile work in floors up to 40 mm thickness laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth etc., complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Water proofing with APP(Atactic Polyproylene Polymer) modified, prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with non woven polyster matt, Sikka WP shield 103 or equivavalent (Vital parameters : Tensile strength / joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23Deg C as 600/450 n/5 CM. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/200N. Softening point of membrane 145 DEG C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2 Deg C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147).The work shall be carried out as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge and the following operations:(i) Providing and applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane (primer density at 25 Deg C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/lts and viscocity 70 - 160 cps) applied @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. (ii) Over the primer coat, when the primed surface is tacky, a layer of 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane shall be laid by Torch application using Butane torch with 15cm overlaps and seal the joints/ overlap using gas torch and as per manufacturers recommendations (iii) Applying hot applied blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.20kg/Sqm (iv) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane.Note:-(1) All relevant test certificates for thematerials shall be supplied by the contractor before starting the work. (2) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicatore of the manufacturer of membrane.(3) It may be noted that the contractor shall execute Guarnatee bond in the prescribed form of the department for a period of Five years for leak proof function of the structures wherever this water proofing item is executed. (4) All the debris generated during any of the operations shall be dispose to dumping yard with in a lead of 2kms. As directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, 120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by the Butane Torch as per manufacturer recommondation etc., all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing in position rolling shutters of approved make and manufacture made out of MS Lathe (80 x 1.20 mm ) inter locked together through this entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on lugs welded to the frame work including specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, bearings, side guides, bottom rail, guide channels, locking arrangements from inside and outside, lock plates, fixing bolts, 1.20 mm MS Top cover from inside, rolling arrangement, standard springs, manually operated handle at 1.200 M above FFL with gear box unit and all connected devices for operation of rolling shutter, providing and applying two or more coats of chlorinated rubber paint of approved manufacture and shade over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer having total dry film thickness (DFT) 120 microns etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. (Measurement shall be clear size of opening)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement ( weight of stainless steel members only shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose )all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
