Dismantling the tiled flooring up to a thickness of 25mm in flooring/cladding including disposal of materials up to a lead of 500 meters complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Supplying all labour, tools,tackles etc. removing of filled sand from the sunken slab as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing white vitreous china European type water closet conforming to IS 2556 (part 1) with integrated 'P' or 'S' trap, IC extension piece if required including Thermoplastic seat and cover conforming to IS : 2548 with C.P. brass hings and rubber buffers, providing and fixing of 10 litres capacity low level white PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device conforming to IS : 7231 with 38 mm dia PVC flush pipes and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved make (Hindware, Parryware, Cera or equivalent approved make) and with all fittings, fixtures and brackets etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 coarse aggregate) using 20mm and down gauge stone aggregate of approved quality including leveling, ramming, curing, formwork wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 1st Quality Anti skid ceramic floor tiles of Size 300 x300mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), conforming to I.S. 15622 with ISI Mark, of approved make (Somany, Johnson, Kajaria or equivalent approved make), in all colours except white, Ivory,Grey,Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in floors joint with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 500x500 mm of approved shade and make (viz. Johnson, Bell, Somany or equivalant which should be approved by department) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 with ISI Mark, in all colours and shades, laid on 3mm thick high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) and levelling the undulations in floor (greater than 3mm thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as may be required including jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., including preparation of old flooring surface by manual/mechanical means by hacking, pitting, grinding as directed, including removal of doors, trimming of bottom as required and refixing the same in posoition wherever required due to raise in floor level, cleaning etc., in old quarters as per site conditions, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in skirting of size 500x500 mm of approved shade and make (Johnson, Bell, Somany or equivalant which should be approved by department) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 with ISI Mark, in all colours and shades in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over laid with 3mm thick high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) and make up of level/line with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) as may be required, including grouting the joints jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete with white cement and matching pigments etc. in old quarters as per site conditions, including preparation of old surface by manual/mechanical means by hacking, pitting, grinding as directed etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make and shade (Somany, Johnson, Kajaria or equivalent approved make), in all colours , shades of any size as approved by Engineer, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC/CI "P" trap of self cleaning design 110/100 mm dia inlet and 75 mm dia outlet with Removable S.S. grating on top including providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 for embedding etc. complete including removal of old traps as and when required, handing over the same to sectional stores etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 25 mm dia nominal bore complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Removing of old dry and damaged glass putty, then providing and applying fresh glass putty to fix the glass in proper position including glazing clip at all levels including scaffolding wherever necessary etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying on old surfaces of walls, etc. with One or more coats of "Plastic emulsion paint"of approved quality and shade at all heights and levels, including preparation of the surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches filling up of the holes and cracks with approved filling material, scaffolding, arranging safety appliances, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying One or more coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over old surface of wood/steel work/road kerbs parking sheds & GI pipe lines. Including the cost of scaffolding, cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/cracks with putty, arranging safety appliances, all Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing Float glass panes of 4mm thick with locking clips and glass putty/wooden fillets wherever required, including removing of old damaged glass and putty etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in Excavation up to 1.50m depth for footings, foundation trenches or drains in all type of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of botoms, including de watering wherever required, back filling in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness including watering, ramming etc., and disposal of surplus excavated within plant site and lift up to 1.50 mts., leveling and dressing of disposed earth etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over brick/RR masonry/concrete walls, floors and other surfaces in raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the EIC .

Providing and fixing of CP brass bib cock 15mm of approved quality, design should confirm to IS:8931 complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing of CP brass stop cock 15mm of approved quality, standard design should confirm to IS:8931 complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing of CP brass pillar cock 15mm of approved quality, standard design & make (Jaguar or equivalent) should confirm to IS:8931 complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe 32 mm dia flexible pipe for wash basin and Urinals including P.V.C. waste fittings complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe of 30 cm long , 15 mm nominal bore with brass unions etc. complete as direcred by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete of 10 litre capacity - White as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve of 25mm dia with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) including cutting & threading the existing GI lines complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and making rain water harvesting soak pit of area 12 Square meters (Diemsionsions of Length & Breadth can be finalized based on the site requirement and availability) and having a minimum depth of 1.5 meters & should execute the following the items in chronological order. a) Excavation of pit of size 6Mx2Mx1.5M or suitable size of same area and depth to suit the site requirement. b) Fillling aggreates of size 80mm up to a depth of 0.80M. c) Filling coarse sand up to a depth of 0.3M over the 80mm aggregates. d) Laying coconut coir up to a depth of 0.2M over the coarse sand. e) Fillling of 20mm and down grade aggregates over the coconut coir up to a depth of 0.2M. Exact location will be shown by the department at site. All the above operations are treated as one unit. The agency has to quote the rate accordingly for execution of all works mentioned in the item.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners all necessary fittings complete,Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces, including grouting the hold fasts with1:2:4 concrete in the existing walls with necessary chipping and finishing the surface to line and level complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite of any colour and shade gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing CP Brass Mixer tap (Wall Mixer) of jaquar make (model: CON - CHR - 217KN) including provision for overhead shower with 115mm long bend pipe on upper side, connecting legs & wall flanges with all fittings and fixtures including removing of old taps and handing over to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge
