Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone dust from approved quarry as a sub- base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing "HOE" (Excavator cum dozer) for excavation of soil , removal of tree roots with soil and removal of debris at Chemical house including all operational costs and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolishing RR masonry work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying Random Rubble Masonry with available serviceable condition stones from the Dimolished RR Masonry in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, drains etc. including providing leveling course of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on top most layer, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:2:3.5:9[1 cement,2sand,3.5 Fly ash, 9 stone aggregate] grade, with ACC/Ultratech/Birla A1 or any other approved cement using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, strom water drains, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:3:6[1 cement,3sand 6 stone aggregate] grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, Propping etc, and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge (Note: Half Payment will be paid for Full Shuttring of road work).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing etc. using ACC/ULTRATECH/JAYPEE of 43 Grade cement - All work up to plinth level in grade slab and Pre-cast slabs complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge : The cement consumption for this item is 400Kg/Cum. In addition to the cement the agency has to add 40Kg of fly ash per Cum of concrete. The total cementitious content will be 440kg/Cum. Ash from field No2 of boiler in CPP of HWPM will be issued free of cost to the contractor. It will be the sole responsbility of the contractor to match the property of fly ash to Grade I of IS 3812 before being used in the works. the rate for concrete shall also include taking delivery of ash from CPP HWPM, transportation of fly ash to work site, processing the fly ash to specified grading, mixing the fly ash with cement etc.free of cost. It is the sole responsibility of the agency to transport the fly ash field no.2 of Boiler in CPP site. Processing the fly ash to specified grading. mixing the fly ash wtih cement etc.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of TATA/VIZAG STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over brick/RR masonry/concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the EIC .

Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying Two or more coats of epoxy paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on new work including priming coat of compatable primer complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing GI pipe of medium quality having 50mm dia of length 3.00M in drain chamber for connecting to the outlet drain including 50mm dia gate valve, required GI specials of approved make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Cutting of grooves on concrete /surface within 48 Hours (preferably within 6 to 18 Hours), after completion of laying of concrete, using a power driven concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, complete and as directed. Width of grooves 3 to 4mm & depth - 1/3 rd of pavement thickness (33 to 42mm mm) @ spacing of 1.0 to 1.2 mtr (square panels) with all tools, tackles, machinery, manpower etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and filling bituminous caulking/sealing compound from STP/Tiki Tar or other approved make in the grooves in concrete floors/pavements/roads etc. with putty knife or other means of equipment and aslo including Removal of dust from groove/expansion joint with help of Blower as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 (One RM considered as 2.5cm Width and 10.0 cm depth)

Removal Metallic pole / street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc., as required. complete as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Removing the existing damaged barbed wire and stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials etc., complete as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Removing the damaged/disturbed chainlink fencing whereever required and handing over to the sectional stores as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing damaged / disturbed / bent / structural steel / concrete fencing posts including necessary excavation, chipping cutting & welding and handingover the same to the sectional stores all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel fencing posts of TATA/VIZAG STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL including fixing the available chain link fence to the post and welding all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing with G.I. barbed wire Fencing to "Y" angle iron post placed at required distance every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Note: Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm.

Erection of metallic pole above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling at specified location etc. as required. complete as per the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand),curing etc.coplete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Demolishing Brick Masonry/concrete work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 2.5 kilo metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Raising the bottom level by PCC 1:4:8 and fixing the Kerb stones into line, level and curvature, jointing with cement mortar 1:3, curing, including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note : 1) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment.

Providing and applying Two or more coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of required color and shade of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger or approved make over old surface/new surface of concrete wall/ steel work including the cost of scaffolding, cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/ cracks with putty, arranging safety appliances, Insurance coverage to workers, all Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade of 60mm thick Polymer coated coloured precast interlock concrete blocks, with approved colour, design & pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the stone dust bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with matching cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,cleaning the surface etc including cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra stone dust and jointing materials, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe cast iron grating of 20cm x 15 cm dimension, having and weighing not less than 700 grams and connecting to unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A for drainage of strom water from road to drain including fixing of grating to Rigid PVC Pipe and connecting Pipe from grating plate to strom water drain all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing etc. using ACC/ULTRATECH/JAYPEE of 43 Grade cement including smooth finshing of Cement morter joint making of groove for asthetic appearence on cement mortar joint all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applyingTwo or more coat applied ofAcrylic Smooth exterior paint of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints/ Excel of M/s. Nerolac/ Heatshield of M/s. O. FIXIT/ Weather shield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered/ sand face/ rough cast plaster/ RCC jali/ RCC fins at locations as required on old wall surfaces, applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm including preparation of surface by removing all loose paint and algae formation completely with wire brushes, cleaning, washing, filling of holes/ cracks with approved crack filler, repair of damaged plaster with CM 1:3 and scaffolding if required, Insurance coverage to workers etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (Two types of colur have to be used, One for Stone masonry and another for Cement mortar groove joints of stone masonry).

Providing and fixing Glow studs OF Make 3M/LTS of Red/Yellow/White of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in - charge.

Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Fly ash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over brick/RR masonry/concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the EIC .
