Demolition of brick masonry walls / brick batcoba / marble stone/Kotastone slabs,Ceramic floorings in toilets/ in stairs constructed in cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 150 metres lead

Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 150 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 150 metres lead :

Thickness above 40 mm up to 75 mm

Disposing off surplus earth / Incinerator waste / buildings debris/ concrete or stone debris in contractor’s own lorries at MCH approved dumping yard at contractor’s risk and cost including transportation loading and unloading, tools & plants etc., beyond 150 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quantity loaded in the truck shall be reduced by 30% for debris, 20% for earth & Incinerator waste and 50% in case of stones / rubbles towards voids for payment purpose.

SCHEDULE-B: SUB STRUCTURE: Earth work excavation in trenches or drains, foundation in all kinds of soils, other than hard and soft rock not exceeding 1.5m in depth including consolidating the foundation bed, dewatering, shoring etc., and disposing off the surplus earth within a lead of 150m complete with cost of labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling available excavated earh (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 150 m and lift up to 1.50m

Disposing off surplus earth / Incinerator waste / buildings debris/ concrete or stone debris in contractor’s own lorries at MCH approved dumping yard at contractor’s risk and cost including transportation loading and unloading, tools & plants etc., beyond 150 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Plain cement concrete using 20mm size stone aggregate at all floors and locations (upto a height of 25m ) including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

P C C 1:2:4 /M15 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate) using 20mm size stone aggregate at all levels

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3/M20 (1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 aggregate 20mm size) for lintels, beams, shelves, slabs, columns, footings, sun shades etc. at all locations including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc.( but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering ) complete with cost of materials,labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge at all levels

Providing form work, Centering and shuttering using steel plates, planks including strutting and propping etc. at all floors and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including close haking of exposed concrete surfaces etc. complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Fixing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with 1:6 Cement mortar including all material, tools and plants as directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with moorum under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing reinforcement with high yield strength deformed bars or TMT bars of all dia., grade Fe 415/Fe500D conforming to I.S. 1786 for reinforced concrete works at all levels, floors and heights including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, and tying in position with 18 gauge soft drawn annealed binding wire etc, all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Binding wire shall not be measured for payment.)

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position M.S. structural steel work made of MS angles, flats, sheets, tees, channels, pipes, Plates, etc., at all floors and heights including one coat of primer , cost of labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc.., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick cement plastering in two coats consisting of 1st coat of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and 2nd coat of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over the brick/concrete wall surfaces in superstructure upto a height of 25m including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing, as per manufacturers instructions where ever repair works are involved etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring of 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Extra for pre finished nosing in treads of steps of Kota stone/ sand stone slab

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes of thickness 9/10 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes of thickness 9/10 mm , with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

SCHEDULE-C: SUPER STRUCTURE : Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position M.S. structural steel work made of MS angles, flats, sheets, tees, channels, pipes, Plates, etc., at all floors and heights including one coat of primer , cost of labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc.., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Applying wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla or M/s J K cements in two or more coats for areas more than 0.1m2 over a coat of cement primer (minimum one coat of primer shall be applied on prepared surface)manufactured by M/s Asian Paints, M/s Berger Paints or equivalent and finishing the surface smooth in level , scraping, filling cracks, and crevices upto 1 mm width with approved crack filling compound, cost of all the materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning, floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment and rearranging back the same etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on internal surface of ceilings and walls at all floors, heights and locations (upto maximum height of 25 m) using 1st quality Apcolite Premium Interior Emulsion paint of M/s Asian Paints, or Rangoli Super Acrilic Emulsion of M/s Berger Paints or equivalent approved make in two or more coats over the existing painted surface or primer coated surface including preparing the surface by sand papering cleaning and removing the dust, dirt, loose painting, grease, oil stains, cobweb, fungus etc., and filling up small cracks upto 1mm width using approved crack filling compound and applying wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla or M/s JK Cements wherever necessary for areas upto a 0.1 m2 (beyond this it shall be measured separately in the respective item) complete with cleaning floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment before painting and rearranging back the same etc., all complete with cost of materials, labour scaffolding, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Synthetic Enamel painting in two or more coats using 1st quality SE paint- Apcolite Synthetic Enamel of M/s Asian paints, or Luxol Hi -Gloss Synthetic Enamel of M/s Berger Paints or approved equivalent make and shade over wood/steel /concrete/road kerb stones surfaces of internal areas at all floors heights and locations (upto a max height of 25 m) including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with first quality exterior emulsion paint of 100% Acrylic based of APEX of M/s Asian Paints or Weather Coat Smooth of M/s Berger Paints or approved equivalent make and shade with / without a coat of corresponding Exterior emulsion primer of approved shade on the sand face plaster surfaces (new or painted) at all floors heights and locations (upto a maximum height of 30 m) including filling up the small cracks and crevices, with approved filling compound, cleaning ,washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly sand papering, wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of material, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Incharge. Note: A co-efficient of 1.50 shall be applied over the area measured flat on the rough cast surfaces to get equivalent plain area for payment.

Exterior emulsion paint of 100% Acrylic based with Exterior emulsion primer

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, lock cum handle etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing and fixing Aerocon 50mmm thick panels for roof including insatllation, GI channels, necessary hardware, groove filling with putty, mesh tape etc. complete as per speicifications and directions of manufacturer and Engineer In incharge.

20mm thick cement plastering in two coats consisting of 1st coat of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and 2nd coat of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over the brick/concrete wall surfaces in superstructure upto a height of 25m including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing, adding of SBR (which will be supplied at free of cost) as per manufacturers instructions where ever repair works are involved etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified pre fabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyster matt, finished on thermo fusible film on the underside manufactured by TEXSA or Roof seal or approved make consisting of coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40litrs per sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 deg.C, 0.87 - 0.89kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints an overlap of 100 and 75mm on the longitudinal and transverse directions and overlaps should be thermo fused to make the surfaces monolithic and preparing the surface and applying 2 coats of reflective aluminum painting on top of the finished surface complete cost of materials, labour, scaffolding tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Payment will be made only for flat areas only. No extra payment will be made for overlaps/joints/tucking inside groove etc..

General Notes: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions 2. All the dismantled/ demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within the lead of 150.0mtr. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. 4. It is the responsibility of the contractor to handover the dismantled items to Dept. At site. Contractor shall be held responsible for any shortage/ missing of dismantled items until handing over the same to department stores. 5. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The Officer In –Charge or his representative will witness the payment of contractor’s labour and is required to certify that the contractor does not pay less than the minimum wages approved. Payment to the contractor will be released only on such certification from Officer In –Charge. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 6. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 7. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and GST, water charges, Labour cess seignorage charges etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms. 8. The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and all safety equipments, PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. 9. The contractor shall use only river sand confirming to IS 383 for all cement works involved in the scope of work. 10.) The site shall be cleaned and handed over to Dept. after completing the all works as specified in the tenderom all repsects. No extra payment will be made for cleaning.
