The bidder is required to have experience in management of institutional facilities, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in providing Transit Facility Management Works/Services. The experience is evaluated based on the following criteria: - Agency with experience in providing Transit Facility Management Works/Services of any value executed more than 07 (Seven) years ago, Starting Financial Year (FY) 2017-18 - 10 Marks - For every Additional year of experience - 2 Marks (Max. Up to 20 Marks) The bidder needs to fill details of similar works completed during the last 07 (Seven) years, including: - Name of work with brief particulars including location - Agreement No. and date - Agreement amount (Rs. In Lakhs) - Date of commencement of work - Stipulated date of completion - Actual date of completion - Details of compensation levied for delay (indicate amount) if any - Gross amount of work completed and paid (Rs. In Lakhs) The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - Six Completed Qualifying Similar Works of minimum Value of 40% of ECPT in any Government Department / PSU during last seven years. - The value may be enhanced by 7% per annum. - One Oldest Completed Similar Work of any value is also required. - Three Best Qualifying Works in the last seven years are required for performance certificates, which should clearly depict the performance and be self-assessed. - The bidder should have experience in government departments, with a minimum value of 40% of ECPT.
