The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost of works, which is Rs. 93.63 lakhs. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work in any government department. For every additional work costing Rs. 93.63 lakhs or above, the bidder will receive 05 marks, up to a maximum of 35 marks. The bidder should also have experience in execution of Management of Institutional Facilities, such as Transit Facility or Guest House, with a value of Rs. 93.63 lakhs or above. The qualifying work criteria are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 93.63 Lakhs or above. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 117.04 Lakhs or above. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 187.27 Lakhs or above. The bidder is required to have experience in management of institutional facilities, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in providing Transit Facility Management Works/Services. The experience is evaluated based on the following criteria: - Agency with experience in providing Transit Facility Management Works/Services of any value executed more than 07 (Seven) years ago, Starting Financial Year (FY) 2017-18 - 10 Marks - For every Additional year of experience - 2 Marks (Max.
