PART "B" OF AIR CONDITIONING RELATED WORK

Removing / dismantling of existing FCUs [ of Ground (1.5 TR-7 No's )] inside the building] of administrative building and its inter connecting chilled water pipe line 3/4" and 1" (inlet,outlet and drain line) including its fittings, fixture etc., inside & out side of the building and also including transporting the same to designated place and clear the site and shifting old removed and useful materials only to the stores scrap yard within CCMB campus and removing the old unwanted scrap materials from site to outside the CSIR-CCMB campus.Making the walls good after laying the new pipelines including civil work complete as per site requirement. The above scope are indicative only it is the responsibility of the successful tenderer to carryout the work as a whole in all respects as per the site requirements and instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the successful completion and installation/commissioning of the new pipeline.

End Use:For Administration building (of Ground(2 TR-7 No's) 4 WAY Chilled water CASSETTE type indoor units. Description: Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 4 WAY Chilled water CASSETTE type indoor units with compact cooling coil, multispeed fan motor, the blower shall be dynamicaly balanced and designed for silent operation,blow thru type, each complete with 3 rows deep chilled water coil, blower with 3 speed motor, aluminium mesh metallic filters, main condensate extended drain pans with inbuilt drain pump, casing, coil piping connections through copper pipes, Valve condensate drain pan, power wiring and control wiring.
