Grills/diffuser/Damper Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. BALANCING VALVE Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following sizes electronic,self-balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve with integrated 2 way modulating control valve in a single body. SITC of New AIR HANDLING UNITS onTEMPERARY BASIS/ Rent basis SITC of 1 No. 10000 CFM (Re-circulation system) AHU i.e., upto completion of the project/work of second floor'd new AHU SITC) for Animal house second floor building on TEMPERARY BASIS/ Rental basis. SITC and labour charges for temperary provision of AHU for Animal house for maintaining the temperature for this floor upto completion of workof new AHU SITC. work also includes temperary chilled water line connections with existing pipeline and also connect the existing GI duct for the supply air to the floor. Work also includes temperary connection of the existing GI duct for the retuirn air from the floor. VALIDATION AND DOCUMENTATION: Validation and documentation for ( DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ) as per ISO 14644 / EU GMP Annexure I Standareds Filter integrity with PAO , Air Velocity , Room Air changes , Particulate count , Temperature , RH , Air balaning and Room Pressure balancing, Room recovery test and Air flow pattern test ( including Test Video CD Copies ) to be carried out at site , for all the material test certificates and operation/ Maintance manuals to be provided as part of documentation. Vendor has to bring all required Instruments / material to carriy out the above tests.air velocity test, DP test, particle count, pressure balancing, temperature tests, documents as per ATP.
