DX TYPE HIGH PRECISION AC UNITS, unit shall have MERV 8 filter, evaporator, Multiple circuit, 3/4 row deep, DX cooling coils,Eletric Motor with Variable speed arrangement.PACs shall have of Fixed Scroll compressors with R410a/ R407c eco friendly refrigerant gas and EC fan for blower complete with backward curved blower section with suitable for 25 mm of WC/static pressure as required. Hot Gas Reheat Coil with Modulating Control/ strip heaters, & IR humidifier, wet sensor, air cooled condensers suitable for outdoor installation (IP 55 protection), and drive motors along with all necessary valves, fittings, micro processor panel and controls,necessary alrams,motorized dampers with actuators(factory fitted and supplied ,necessary wiring and controls in all respects),include drain pump (if required), gas charging complete and canvass (between discharge plenum and PAC on discharge and duct) Electronics Expansion valves, Liquid Receiver,Oil Seperator,Driers, G4/EU-4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, Crankcase heater is must,24V relay for Remote Smoke/Fire Sensor (with nessary with panel and wiring),HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors and Other Electrical accessories etc. The unit shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC supply. The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, Condenser coil (Copper coil with aluminium fins), Fan speed controller (Variex) and Isolater switch and Install on first floor roof of this facility. Air balancing for HVAC system and civil works like opening the wall and cement plastering of opened area wall for ducts (as per design), cables,Piping routing ,Humidifer & Drain Line etc., as per the site condition.
