The scope of work includes: (a) Cleaning of the Coil, blower and condensor fans with air pressures and water (b) Checking and cleaning of Condensate drain line. (c) Checking for noise and vibration. IMPORTANT NOTE: The successful tenderer must arrange his own arrangement for Water Pressure Pumps, Air blower etc., required to carryout the work. A) Cooling coils and Condenser coils

Emergency water servicing of AHUs/Ceiling Suspended Units: Labour charges for emergency water servicing of AHUs/ Ceiling Suspended Units upto 12,000 CFM at site without dismantling the units from the site. The scope of work includes: (a) Cleaning the coil with necessary chemical as per standard laid down procedures. (b) Checking of vibration of Motors and Blowers including providing greasing,oiling,aligning, belt tension etc., (c) Cleaning of AHU Pre-filters, blowers and bottom tray. (d) Inspecting/Checking of the condensate drain pipe and carrying out the cleaning wherever required for smooth flow of water to the drain. (e) Checking of dampers for proper operation and cleaning the same wherever required. (f) Checking of all the parts for perper functionsing and attending the defects wherever required. Cooling Towers Labour charges for the following works related to 300TR Cooling Towers at Site, once in six months or as and when required . The work has to be carriedout as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate has to be quoted as Lumpsum per unit for covering all the items (a) to (g) shown below: (a) Cleaning of Cooling tower sump, louvers,spray nozzles (b) Checking the unusual noise/vibration in fan and fan guard, motor drive shafts (c) Inspecting of cloggin g in eliminator, fills and water basis and attending the rectifications wherever required. (d) Checking and adjustment of float valve, wherever required (e) Checking and arresting of any leakages in water basin and float valve. (f) Adjusting belt and Pulleys for proper tension and alignments. (g) General Cleaning of Fan & Fan Guard, Motor shaft, Eliminator, Fills, Water Basin, Float valve, Control valves etc.,. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fan Coil Units / Ceiling suspended units (without dismantling) Labour charges for rectification jobs and water servicing of Fan Coil units/ceiling suspended units of all ranges upto 2TR. The scope of work under this work including,after completion of the work and making it operational. The scope of wrk also includes : (a) Checking any water leakage from unit, inlet and out Chilled water lines. (b) Checking of blower, motor units,overhauling the blower unit etc., including clean lubricate (c) Checking drain pan for any blockage and removal of blockages wherever required. (d) Cleaning of the Fileters & Y Strainers of F.C.U/CSU. (e) Inspecting and cleaning of the Condensate drain pan, trap and drain line for free flow of Water. (f) Checking the operation of inlet/outlet isolation valves and rectifying the defects wherever required. (g) Checking tightness of electrical connections (h ) Checking the inter connections, copper piping, canvas and Cooling coils including attending the problems identified during checking. (b) Checking of blower, motor units etc., including clean lubricate (c) Checking drain pan for any blockage and removal of blockages wherever required. Split casing condenser and chiller Pumps of upto 40 HP Labour charges for repairing/overhauling split casing condenser and chilled water pumps of 30 HP to 40 HP in all respects including painting if required and put back the unit in working conditions but excluding the Re-winding work. The work includes: (a) Checking for any leakage from glands or flange joints. (b) Checking alignment of pumps, motors and rectifications, wherever required. (c) Checking coupling conditions including adjusting & replacement, if required. (d) Checking and cleaning the Pumps, Strainers and Motor Casing. (e) Checking expansion bellows,pump bearings,motor bearings, mechanical seals,pulleys, rubber bushes for coupling,bearing housings,bolts&nuts,anti vibration cushy foots,gaskets,and rectifications, wherever required. (f) Dismantling of the motor and pump,providing dummy etc., carrying out the required servicing/overhauling as per the laid down procedure and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge and re-fixing/re-assembling the same after servicing, in its original place and making them in operation/working conditions. NOTE: For this work, the successful tenderer has to make his own arrangement for the FRP materials required for carrying out the FRP Coating wherever required. The scope also include carrying out the FRP Coating and Painting wherever required and for which the successful tenderer has to make his/their own arragement for FRP materials and paintings etc., and no separate payment will be made on this account.
