Installation,Testing & Commissioning of the above said 03 new Cooling Towers

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Condenser Water Pipes(Like..Inlet & outlet, Make up ,drain and overflow waterline for cooling tower ) of following sizes of MS 'C' class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees,material shifting etc. (but excluding valves, strainers, gauges), adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted(anti corrosive )/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc., as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS:1239 and pipe size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS:3589 from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. Make : TATA/ JINDAL Note: Work includes supply and making FRP matting on the surface of the following sizes of the MS pipe to avoid rusting on the pipe due to falling water on the pipe near cooling tower including clean the surface of the pipe with emery paper etc., as required. EARTH WORK Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and fixing Polyethelene-Aluminium-Polyethelene PE-AL-PE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to IS - 15450, U.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows,tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with clamps at 1.00 metre spacing.This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.
