Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 8 nos -16 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedestals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 32 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per Specification no. UTL/RTT/02-01 OCT 2011. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department)

Structural steel work riveted , bolted or welded in build up sections , trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position with galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles , flats, plates fabricated as per approved drawings in gratings, frames, railings, cable trays, ladders, space frames and similar locations , The galvanizing shall be as per IS 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm (approximately 85 micron) . The steel sections shall be of M.S grade 'A' as per IS 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights . All compete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour over one coat of EITECH primer (BISION wash primer or equivalent) and second coat of Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer or equivalent of approved brand and colour to give an even shade to additional steel section /members/built-up assembly such as Horizontal gantry posts etc.,

Charges for hoisting/ fixing and erection of 12.00 mtrs height Roof Top structural Steel Tower as per Specification no. UTL/RTT/02-01 OCT 201 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tolls, plants and machineries all insurance, safety provision , contingent expenditure and acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid). Tower material shall be supplied by department at site. (Weight about 2.60 MT) (Rs. 10,000/- will be with held for acceptance of AT and will be released after completion of AT).

Applying priming coat with one coat of ready mixed Red oxied Zinc Chromate primer or equivalent of approved brand and manufacture for 12.00m Roof Top tower (weight about 2.60MT)

Applying priming coat with one coat of Etch primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) approved brand and manufacture for 12.000m Roof Top tower (weight about 2.60MT).

Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 12.00m Roof Top tower (weight about 2.60MT). a) Two or more coats on new work.

Sorting of tower material at stores or site required for erection of 12.00 m Roof Top Tower in orderely manner as per bill of materials / erection as per Specification no. UTL/RTT/02-01 OCT 2011 from a lot of material of one tower and listing out the missing material, if any complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment under this item shall be made only once for a tower material)

Providing and fixing 16mm dia mild steel round holding down anchor bolts of 0.90m length including top threaded upto 200mm with double check nuts and washer plates etc., complete as directed by the Engg-in-charge. Rate inclusive of transportation and all taxes. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Mechanical transportation of dismantled 12.00mt Roof Top tower members comprising Galvanised Structural steel Tubus, MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc of varying sizes and lengths from BSNL stores Site at Adilabad to work site at Bhainsa in Adilabad OA (app. distance about 120 Km.) or any other site in Nizamabad BA as directed . The entire lot of tower members shal be transported in a single lot. The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and lifting to terrace of (G+1) building at proposed 12.00mt RTT at Bhainsa including all incidental charges etc. complete, as directed by engineer in charge.

Within the lead of 20.00Km.

Extra over above item for transportation beyond the lead of 20.00 Km

Drilling holes of upto 16mm dia in RCC slab/beam upto a depth 150 mm and embedding reinforcement in drilled holes including grouting the hole with FISCHER FISV Plus 360S Chemical injection mortor or approved equivalent to anchor the reinforcement excluding the cost of reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( the work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification through the Applicator approved by the manufacturer)

a) For anchoring 16mm dia reinforcement

Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means,through private carrier including lifting from terrace of (G+1) building, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead,or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.
