Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Disposal of cement concerete debries to dumping ground (lead about 15km) by mechanical transport, including bringing the materials to ground floor from terrace loading and unloading complete. (Net quantity with out voids will be measured for payment)

Dismembering of roof top structural steel standard tubular/ angular Roof top tower of 21 m height with angular bracings and vertical and horizontal cable gantry, platforms and ladder with safety rings, antenna mounts etc., of steelwork in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, channels and pipes including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. and also the cables/pvc pipes fixed to the gantry, including dismembering, lifting and stacking on terrace floor etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- The rate includes cost of all operations involved in dismantling, dismembering the tower and connected cable gantry upto the BTS room/ shelter, ladder, etc., and stacking on terrace and making arrangements for weighing of tower steel materials and submission of weighing bill, including hire charges and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, transport to weighing machine and insurance, safety provisions, etc., all complete)

Charges for Mechanical Transportation of 21m high 3 Legged Roof top Tower members, gantry members, ladder with safety rings etc., comprising of MS Tubes, angles, flats, channels, pipes, nuts, and bolts etc., of varying sizes and lengths from site of work at HAYATHNAGAR to Departmental stores at NACHARAM or/ any other specified place in Hyderabad which is within 20 Km lead from the place of work. The entire lot of Tower materials including horizontal & vertical gantry (approximatley 5.20 tonnes) shall be transported in a single lot. The job includes cost of transporting of dismantled tower, gantry, ladder materials including loading, unloading, transporting and handing over at stores at the designated location in Hyderabad etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Rebate for Taking away the reinforcement bars obtained from dismantled RCC work in beams, columns etc as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The actual weight of reinfocement bars shall be measured for payment and agency has to arrange for weighing of bars and submit the bill)
