Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity 0.043 w/mK.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Fixing of aluminum partitions and doors after making to required sizes and sections as per the drawing from the available material of aluminum sections , particle board, glass panes, neoprene gasket and snap on beading including fixing with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The material for the required quantity is available on as is where is basis in stacked condition wiil be supplied by the departement free of cost. Finished area of partition is measured for payment)

Providing and fixing 8mm thick cement based bison particle board for panelling in partitions, doors, etc., with necessary screws etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge,(frame work to be paid seperately):

Removing/dismantling of MS Grill/Window shutters/MS angle frame work for AC's in windows of size 1.00mx1.20m including stacking of material etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of black stains, marks on burnt walls/ceilings by scrapping including cleaning of walls. The cost includes provision of sheets for covering of equipment, scrappers, sand papers, rent for ladders etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of black stains, burnt marks from the top face of the existing false flooring tiles by scrapping, scrubbing including dusting off and cleaning of frames and partition sections. The rate includes the cost of liquids,detergents,sand papers, brushes etc., required for cleaning of tiles, floors, equipment, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
