Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile (white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate crossT of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick (Make: STP/SIKHA/ASIAN)

Providing treatment for seperation crack at the junction of RC Member & Masonry wall (Seperation cracks treatment):- Existing plaster along the crack shall be removed on either side of the crack for a width of about 250 mm (on either side of the wall), cleaning the same thoroughly with running water, applying a Polymer Bond Coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP ( or Equivalent products from Sika / Fosroc) and Cement at 1:1 ratio. on the cleaned surface. Use chicken mesh and fixed across the crack using ‘U’ nails followed by gaps should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Repair Polymer Mortar ( or Equivalent products from Sika / Fosroc) , maintain the moisture on plastered surface for 7 days as per standard methodology. Note: Treatments should be done with authorised skilled person only, Rate is including necessary cup-lock scfollding and working platforms to work at hight upto V floors.

Providing external wall waterproof coating with Dr. Fixit Raincoat select ( or Equivalent products from Sika / Fosroc) :- Surface preparation: Clean the surface, removing the laitance, old paints with wire brushing and water pressure jet wash. Areas of algae, mildew or fungus on the wall should be cleaned with 1 part household bleach and 3 parts water, followed by a power washer rinse using clear water. Non Structural Crack Filling:Opening non-structural hairline cracks in plaster surface up to 5mm width in “V” shape and fill with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste Press firmly into the crack with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface. Allow it set for 24 hours and then apply another coat of Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree. Parapet/Exterior wall waterproof coating: Apply one coat of Primeseal primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 8.0 – 10.0 / Sq.mt / Litre in the SSD condition and allow it to penetrate for 3 to 4 hours. ( Only for fresh plaster surface ) Apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating without any dilution Maintain the spreading rate of 4.20 - 4.70 Sq.mt / litre / coat application to achieve about 100-120 microns DFT. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Select Top Coat with interval of 6 - 8 hours without any dilution spreading at rate of 6.0 - 6.5 Sq.mt / per litre / coat to achieve DFT of 60 – 70 microns. The material having following technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm, Elongation of 100 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, Passes Water Resistance as per SS500 standard, Complies to anti carbonation test as per EN 1062 part 6. Note: Treatments should be done with authorised skilled person only. Rate is including necessary cup-lock scfollding and working platforms to work at hight upto V floors.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
