Conservation works;Provision for erection and dismantling of scaffolding around Mosque complex , Sarai including transporting the scaffolding to work site using Casuarinas Ballies, Bamboos, Wooden Reapers, Runners, Wood Posts,Wall Plates,Coir rope and wooden Planks for Working Platform at different level as per the site requirement to execute the conservation works etc., complete as per the directions of Conservation Engineer (Lime plastering ceiling)

Conservation works;Stitching of cracks- Providing the stone lintels (50x150x1000mm) for the cracks in the masonry walls as specified including making groove, cutting and inserting stone slab, packing with mortar and making good with the masonry work as per the directions of Engineer in-charge/ Conservation Architect.

Conservation works;Providing Grouting to masonry gaps or cracks by using lime based slurries (slaked lime & fine sand (<1400 microns)) with pozzolonic additives (0.5% polymer fluidiser) including cost of Killick Nixon low pressure grout pump & nipples (inserting nozzles and low pressure pumping to consolidate the walls) as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Conservation works;Providing and constructing superficial layer of stone masonry with masonry units of width 225 mm width and thickness of 75 mm to 50 to 75 mm with the length as per site requirements to achieve the curvature of dome ceiling using lime mortar 1:1 1/2 with all lead and lift of Materials and cost of Materials and Labours , centering and shuttering etc complete.

Conservation works;Scraping removal of old decayed lime plastering and Attending 50 mm thick plastering 1st coat 36mm thick in LM(1:2) prop, 2nd coat 14mm thick in LM (1:11/2)prop, and top finishing with Cebara 3mm thick. including cost and conveyance of all material and labour ,charges, complete external walls )

Conservation works;Data for Scraping Removal of old decayed plastering attending 40 mm thick plastering in lime mortar 1st coat 36 mm thick in L.M. (1:2) Prop. And 2nd coat 4 mm thick in L.M. (1:1½) prop finished with cebera 3 mm thick.

Conservation works;Ornamental Brick work with 2nd clas Bricks in LM (1:3) with using brick bats and Terrace brick including cost and conveyance of all material and Labour charges, etc complete

Conservation works;Art Plaster: Gentle scraping to remove all earlier layers of paint and lime on art plaster, at all heights, and restoring it wherever damaged using 1:2 Lime Mortar and finishing it with fine mortar using brick masonry set in 1:1:2 Lime surki mortar, plastered and finishing as per the directions of Engineer incharge.

Conservation works;Providing, preparing and laying the surface grouting on the existing concrete layer, with slacked lime and fine surki, mixed with Karakkaya and Jaggery water) to fill up the minor cracks . The implementation needs to be done complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Conservation works;Scarping of Old cement mortar on terrace of the mosque and Laying Lime concrete of (1:1.5:3)-Prop. Using 20mm to 40mm down size Aggregate jelly , to a required slop to easy run of water to existing channel, rammed to achieve 100% compaction and finished with guru and belgiri treatment including rounding of junctions with a parapet wall to avoid the leakage at concrete and parapet junction and curing by spreading fooder or gunny bags, Including cost of all materials and labour charges etc, complete. finished item of as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Conservation works;Terrace Watertightning work - Laying a layer of lime plaster of 25mm thick in LM (1: 1 1/2) Prop grinded twice. fixing terracotta tiles 150 x 150 x 12 mm thick in lime mortar pointing, applying a layer of LM (1:11/2)prop grinded twice of 25mm thick, and again fixing terracotta tiles 150 x 150 x 12 mm as second layer in lime mortar and applying 3rd layer of lime plaster of 25mm thick (1:11/2)prop grinded twice thick and finally cebara finish of 3mm thick (1:1) duly mixing ingredients during grinding such as Jaggery, alovera , karakkya, Jute , Eggs, etc, the grinding of lime mortar should be two times the gap in between two grand age should not be less than one month after 1st grinding it should be soaked for one month and grinded 2nd time. The obtained material shall be tested in lab to obtain required strength, plasticity and other requirements. The materials should used on acceptance of higher authorities in execution. the curing should be with karakaya with jaggery water on each layer independently until it achieve required strength under supervision of engineer in charge.

Conservation works;Removal of carefully outer wall stones of the mosque with out damage its original shape by experience masons including cost & conveyance of all materials, lanour charges complete finished item of the work.

Conservation works;Removing old deteriorated pointing and flush-re-pointing to Existing dressed and coursed stone masonry with Lime-Surkhi 1:1:1 mortar and finishing with 3mm cebera finish, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Conservation works;Earth work excavation for foundations of the plat from wall and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc
