Maintenance of 600 MTs Capacity Godown No. 4 at at Market Yard Kesamudram under AMC, Kesamudram of M;Surface Preparation:Cleaning the surface thoroughly by using buffing machine/ wire brush to remove loose mortar, dust, lattaice, any chemicals, etc. Treat honeycombs by filling with polymer modified mortar (cement: sand: SMARTCARE Suprema Multipurpose Polymer @ 2.5 Ltr per 50 Kg bag of cement); Treat all visible cracks, construction joints by Making ?V? groove along the length of the crack / construction joint. Thoroughly clean the groove to free it from dust. Fill the grooves with SMARTCARE Hybird Polyurethane Sealant which is a high performance elatomeric sealant which forms a rubber like filling up on drying Providing Coving along Slab and Parapet Wall Junction areas: Providing and applying 1st coat of bonding coat with SMARTCARE SBR based Repair Polymer along slab and parapet wall junction areas; over that Provide Coving using Polymer Modified Mortar of Cement : Sand (1:3) admixed with SBR latex polymer @ 3.5 Ltr per 50 Kg bag of Cement. Allow it to cure as per manufacturer's recommendation. High Performance Acrylic Waterproofing Coating: Supplying and applying single component, resiliant acrylic polymers based, polyester fibre reinforced elastomeric waterproofing and anticarbonation coating SMARTCARE DampProof/EWC having good solar reflectance, abrasion resistance due to glass fibers, adhesion to masonry substrate, elongation >200%, tensile strength > 2 Mpa, crack bridging ability upto 1mm,resistance to 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. The coating shallbe applied in 3 coats by 1st coat of self priming with 33% dilution followed by two coats with a 45 GSM Reinforcement of Fiber Glass Mesh in b/w 2 Coats having a time interval of 4 - 6 hrs in b/w 2 coats to allow material to dry. Coating and Reinforcement shall be applied till parapet to slab joint.

Maintenance of 600 MTs Capacity Godown No. 4 at at Market Yard Kesamudram under AMC, Kesamudram of M;Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - Smart Care GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent.

Maintenance of 600 MTs Capacity Godown No. 4 at at Market Yard Kesamudram under AMC, Kesamudram of M;Laying of impervious coat over roof slab with CM (1:3) prop 20mm thick (average) mixed with bonding agent manufactured by reputed manufactures as approved by Engineer-in-charge, over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of materials including bonding agent for old cement surface before laying of new cement and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.
