Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD (high Yield Strength) bars for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Specification No.9.1 to 9.12.1) cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard specification. Steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for RCC slabs, beams or plain surfaces including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle, of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Providing and laying in position of Standardised Concrete Mix M25 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification

Providing construction,/ contraction joints in apron floor from body wall to cutoff wall concrete area including cutting, jointing the pvc water stopper of 300 mm width and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including the filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawing as directed by the engineer complying with standard specifications. (For one running meter 1.04 Kg. of asphalt and 0.92 m2. of Mastic pad is required )

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia pvc pipes of working pressure 4kg/m2 to a required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges for fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 3.08m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( for Wing Wall )

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 3.08m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( for Check Dam )

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.60 m x 1.30 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to3.30 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.60M length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.30 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.20 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting Shutter including crane hire charges (As per SR p .257) The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.
