Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M - 10 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 40 mm size with M.Sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of using 60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M20 grade using crusher hard granite coarse aggregate of nominal maximum size of 60% of 40mm size hard granite broken stone 40% of 20mm hard granite broken stone and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20N / mm2 in 28 days ) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer, placing in layers and vibrating water curing finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS456:2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (palsticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixture without claiming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.( No seperate payment will be made by the Deaprtment for the excess usage of materials)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Supplying and filling in position of 40cm thick in graded metal using 25mm, 40mm and 63 mm Hard Blue Granite jelley for longitudinal and transverse filter etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Supplying and Filling of Gravel in between the gap of Cement Concrete Block with 75mm thick, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Jeddy stone dry packing for apron or revetment using new stones including the same for pre measurements etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Rough stone dry packing using new rough stones for talus apron and revetments etc., including cost of Rough stones, conveyance Labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification and directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 3 Km deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods ,sectioning, compaction by power roller with watering and consolidation in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel having a width of more than 10 m and forming bund on either side and deposting the earth on banks including jungle clearence etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 2.00m and up to 3.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 10mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x 75 mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm Mild Steel channel (ISMC) at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x 100 x 10 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding of hold fast of size 40 x40x6 mm Mild Steel angle 3 Nos on both sides Conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store . The groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer . The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours ,charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments ,conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200 x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set Including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5years etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing PVC pipes of size 63mm dia with having working pressure as ISI Standards (6 kg/cm2) for pressure relief holes(weep holes) etc., including all labour charges for fixing and cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expension gap provided in between decks over pier and in between deck and firt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing GI Drainage Spouts 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300m beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position etc.,complete as per cl 2705 of MORT&H specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dewatering using 7.5 HP Diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, Pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of seepage pipes of 75 mm dia PVC pipe with standing working pressure of 6 Kg/cm2 required lengths with required filter media (excluding the cost of filter media) for abutment and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling graded filter provided in two or more layers (ie., 50, 40, 20 and 12mm size metal for weep hole filter media in Abutment,wings and Return wall etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
