Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits Without Strutting up to 3 m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using MS sheets of sizes 90x60 cm and B. G. 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced 90 cm C/C and supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75 cm C/C) complying with standard specification, etc. and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling loose boulders of Size more than 300mm and weight more than 40kg in U/S and D/S apron using including conveyance,cost of materials etc.cetc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by thedepartmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw Gearing stainless steel of size 3.00 x1.50m width consists of skin plate made out of 12mm thick stainless steel (SS316GR) plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x 75mm RSJ at an interval not more than 0.60m and Vertical stiffeners job made out of 150x10mm SS316GR channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and vertical job made up of 150x10mm SS316GR channel 2Nos on both sides with2 1/2" dia gun metal bushes and 2" dia roller pin for smooth operation. The Shutter lifted with 12mm thick SS316GR gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia stainless steel pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter the bottom seal made up of 75x10mm rubber seal covered with 65x8mm SS316gr Flats fastened with required rust free bolts & nuts, conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in the proper position by using necessary hoisting arrangements and the shutter Groove channel made up of 200x200x200x8mm stainless steel channel for required height including welding hold fast of size 50x50x6mm angle 3Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment, conveying and stacking at section store and for 80mm dia screw rod made up of stainless steel (SS316gr) duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set, conveying and stacking at section store and for Top Beam made out of 300x140mm (ISMB300) duly drilled to suit the Head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm stainless steel (SS316gr) Round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m with necessary fish plate made out of 12mm stainless steel (SS316gr) plate of size 0.23x0.30m 2 Nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position and stacking at the section store and for capstan headset assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut with gear arrangement to be fixed inside the headset warm gear wheel shaft with provision to operate by motor and by hand provided for the operation of shutter, 5Hp motor frames to be fixed for the operation of shutter, All electrical arrangement including cost of generators and wiring to the generator (2 Nos of 65 KVA for all 28 Vents) and motor room. Dewatering using 7.5 HP Diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges,cost of Diesel,Engine oil,Pump operator,labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back ,loading ,unloading and any other incidential charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

Painting two coats of newly plaster wall surphase with readymixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Hand rail with vertical post G.I. Pipe of dia 100mm at an interval of 2m and three row of 75mm dia G.I.Pipes horizontally. Vertical post is embedded in the concrete after drilling to required size and packing the same with cement concrete 1:11/2:3 after erection. The horizontal pipe will be fixed in correct position by welding. Painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint with one coat of primer. The rate is inclusive of material, labour, power, conveyance, all required tools, machines, cost of petty civil works and complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Safety Steel Cage using 65X65X6mm angle, 25mm dia G.I. Pipe, 40X6mm MS Flat and weld mesh for the height of 2.4m and for the span structure slab. Painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint with one coat of primer. The rate is inclusive of material, labour, power, conveyance, all required tools, machines, cost of petty civil works and complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Precasting Cement Concrete Block of size 30x25x25cm in plain cement concrete of mix M15 using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly and mixing the concrete and laying the concrete in steel moulds after oiling them properly at casting yard and vibrating, finishing the top surface smoothly placing the slab along with the mould and baseplate in the casting yard, removing the mould carefully after initial setting, placing the slab in the curing pond after 24 hours from the time of casting, removing them from the curing pond after 7 days of curing, stacking them in the stacking yard with in a lead of 100m and curing them for the full period by sprinkling water as directed by the departmental officers. Then conveying the precast cement concrete slabs from the casting yard as specified in the lead statement to the work site including all charges such as for loading at casting yard, conveying the slabs and unloading to the work site and laying the precast cement concrete slabs in the slope of the canal / River to the correct alignment and section of the Canal / River with joints not exceeding 6mm, packing with cement mortor1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand ) and doing simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortor to full depth of slabs and finishing neatly and curing for 21 days as directed by the Departmental Officers, Excluding the sleeper and the charges for laying the binders if any involved in the work complying with standard specification,. Water proofing compound shall be used in cement mortor as per standard specification.

Conveyance of earth in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead 30 Km by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, benching of shores prior to placement of earthfill, including extra earth filling breaking clods water to OMC and compaction of each layer to 95% proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment 8-10 ton power roller, vibratory power roller, shore width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller ensuring compaction of designed bund section and also ensuring compaction of earth fill and side slopes through the deployment of hydraulic excavators with steel plate fixtures attached to their booms for heavy power roller including side slope as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specification.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel having a width of more than 10 m and forming bund on either side and deposting the earth on banks including jungle clearence etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Removal of sludge, slush, silt, debris, plastic waste, water weeds, using appropriate special machineries like dredger along the cutter section having maximum capacity of 300cum solids per hour which can dredge to a maximum of 8.00m depth and dispose the dredged material to a maximum of 4km on either one of the outer slope of river banks whichever is convenient as per prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and jungle clearance by pumping operation along with suitable pipeline and other required accessories with other mechanical devices for the entire stretch to reach the bank, the rates including cost of transportation, Mobilization and demobilization of machinery, hire charges, cost of fuel, labour charges for surveying and operation of dredger, crew and other related works etc. as directed by the departmental officers

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Damp proof course with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with best approved quality water proofing compound confirming to Indian Standard specification as specified by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used, finishing and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brickwork in cement Mortar 1:5 for the works using best quality country bricks of size 83/4" x 41/4" x21/4" etc., for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brickwork in cement Mortar 1:6 for the works using best quality country bricks of size 83/4" x 41/4" x21/4" etc., for above basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the top of roof with Solar Refelective Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement mortar 1 : 3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position of best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. (100 mm dia)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four aggregate ) using of 20mm size hard granite broken stone jelly for Plain Concrete including cost of materials, shoring, strutting and dewatering wherever necessary laying using concrete mixer machine and vibrators for PCC laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick consolidation and curing inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used as directed by the departmental officers (stainers and colour solutions should not be used.)

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter, the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between slash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., (manually operated up to 8 sq.m area)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Supplying and fixing Solid core Particle board flush shutter of nominal thick of 35 mm with Teak ply on both sides and with T.W. lipping alround confirming to IS 2302 including supplying and fixing cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 2nos 300 x 12 mm brass tower bolt, 1 no 200x12 mm brass tower bolts 1no. 250 x 16 mm brass aldrops, 3 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type brass door handle and 2Nos door stopper with bush etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 375mm (15") sweep (light duty) AC exhaust fan complete with necessary wall opening and making of the wal etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clampetc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 4'40W twin street light fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with 32mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') with 1 No. 32mm GI bend complete on the existing post wall with 16A aerial fuse unit on MS plate with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads MS clarnps and aluminium painting with fluorescent tubes etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
