Conveyance of earth including earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead of 3 Km by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bunds in layers of suitable thickness , shores prior to placement of earthfill including extra earth filling breaking clods, sectioning extra watering to Optimum Moisture Content (OMC) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 T power roller / Vibratory power roller / short width (+ 0.90M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / Fuel operated or electric operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes compaction complete as per specification etc. complete with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the works.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits With strutting upto 3 m height for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3 mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10 X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm c/c and suppoted by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the works.

Providing and Preparation of sub grade (as per technical specification) duly moistered and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying plain cement concrete lining 75mm thick of M20 Grade mix concrete using hard course aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm downgraded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate weigh batching the ingredients along with Air Entraining Agent (200 ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in batch mixing plant (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2) transporting to placement site by transit mixer and mechanised placement of concrete over the sub grade on canal slope by using Concrete Paver including compaction , trimming, consolidation of concrete as per technical specifications and watering curing of the lining. The sub grade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true surface of specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. on canal slope

Providing & Placing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in length in porous concrete CC 1:0:4, one in each panel in the bed @ 2.7m c/c, in filter having size 40 x 40 x 40 cm m M-Sand and 25 x 25 x 25 cm metal including excavation and separating filter material etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.. (as per drawing of the porous plug enclosed)

Providing and filling sealant material in Transverse contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 2.70m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. (as per drawing of the transverse contraction joint enclosed)

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking material useful for reuse for any thickness of brick or stone masonry in Cement Mortar walls under 3 (Three) meters high complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the works.

Earthwork excavation for Foundation in all kinds of soils inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc, as shown by the departmental officers and clearing, levelling the site etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Plain Cement Concrete grade M10 using 40mm (HBG) hard broken granite stone jelly to attain the specfiied characteristic strength not less than 10N/mm2 at 28 days for foundation ect., Including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and curing ect., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and Placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M15 design Mix for works with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20 mm downgraded gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28days) Transporting to the placement site in Transit mixer including dewatering by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15cm thick and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and Placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M20 design Mix for works with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M20 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40 mm and down graded to I.S specified grading to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating .water curing .finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc complete in all respects so as to attain the profile strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the engineer incharge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and lying in position , standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 Kg/M3 and Maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as accelerate , retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about )5 cu.m ) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and about (4.79 cu.m 7670 kg of sand , but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering and also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators finishing curing ect., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of Materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel (MS) or ribbed tor steel grills for reinforcement of all RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour charges for de-coiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Rough stone dry packing using jeddy size revetment stone for launching apron including stacking charges for pre-measurement and finishing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size up to 1.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm Mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60 m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.,Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments.Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position using necessary hosting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including the cost of material , consumables , labours , power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equpiments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Top beam made out of 150x75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild steel plate of size 0.30x0.15m, 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materilas, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 65x65x6 mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25x25x6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials , consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hosting equipments , conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of 63mm dia screw Rod made up of Mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials , labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting eqipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Cast Iron Head set Assembly Medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg ) duly machined with nut, threading to suit the screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation inculding dismantling the existing Head set assembly and conveying to the store and stacking including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and fixing in position of R.C.C. pipes, NP 2 class of 300 mm for Pipe sluice in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.
