Earth work deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel and forming bund on either side depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Having width 3m to 10m)

ORDINARY SOIL Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Earthwork excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. for narrow excavation

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers (HGS SS20B)

Supplying and filling below foundation and basement etc., with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Refilling with excavated soil(other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts compacting and finishing the surface watering, curing wherever necessary for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (without vibration)

(For cutoff wall) (with out vibration)

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M 15 using hard well graded coarse aggregate of maximum nominal size of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%) weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/ batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/Sqmm in 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile with all leads and lifts, watering, curing to attain the strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying in position of Standardised Concrete Mix M20 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position of Standardised Concrete Mix M25 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to height of 3.29 m high for plain surface such as R.C.C.slabs, vertical slabs, side slabs of R.C.C. Works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10 gauge sheets of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment for centering should be made after the concrete is laid etc.,

Below Ground Level without strutting

Above Ground Level - (0 to 3.29 m) with strutting

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD (high Yield Strength) bars for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Specification No.9.1 to 9.12.1) cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard specification. Steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost.

Providing filter zone below the concrete block with course sand for bottom layer and broken graded stone for top layers as furnished in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer including collection of course sand conveying stacking the same for premeasurement and providing a layer of 20cm thick watering and consolidating supplying hard broken stone of the following size stacking for premeasurement laying the stones of 10mm size for 7.5 cm thick, 20mm size for 7.5cm thick, 40mm size for 10 cm thick, 80mm size for 15 cm thick in layer and packing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work

Gravel backing for apron and revetment of 15cm thick including the cost of gravel at site of work, mixing with water so as to form into stiff plastic balls and laying and finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Rough stone dry packing for apron and revetment using new hard granite stone including stacking the stones for Pre-measurements complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia pvc pipes of working pressure 4kg/m2 to a required lengthfor protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges or fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication supplying and fixing of steel Hand rails around the platform by made with 75mm x 75mm x 6mm by MS angle and inner row made out of 50mm dia Gl pipe three rows to height of 1m including spot welding, holdfast, anchoring, painted with two coats of best quality of synthetic enamel paint to avoid corrosion. The rate is also inclusive of cost of material, fixing of labour charges for fabrication, transportation, fixing charges, hiring charges of tools such as welding plant. Generator etc, loading, unloading etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.8 m x 1.7 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 3.00 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.6 m length and providing of 63 mm dia screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.25 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.40 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.

Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 1.60 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dewatering using 3hp to 70hp diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete M20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 45 cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6 mm MS 9 numbers as stirrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M alround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete M7.5 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm, as per the direction of the Engineers and complying with standard specification.
