Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for RCC slabs, beams or plain surfaces including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle, of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete has been laid)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD (high Yield Strength) bars for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Specification No.9.1 to 9.12.1) cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard specification. Steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost.

Cement concrete M15 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 40 mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (Without Vibration)

Cement concrete of grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of graded mix using 40% quantity of 20mm size hard broken granite stone jelly and 60% quantity of 40mm and downgrade to I.S. specified grading mixing in mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site laying Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts watering, curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawing and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (With Vibration)

Providing and laying in position of Standardised Concrete Mix M25 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification (with Vibration)

Cement concrete M 20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (Wearing coat - Without Vibration)

1.00m Above Ground Level to 1.50m Below Ground Level

Supplying and filling Gravel in between the gaps of cement concrete blocks etc including stacking the same for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Forming inverted filter by using 10mm to 80mm size graded metal to a thickness of 0.075mthick of 10mm metal, 0.075m thick of 20mm metal,0.10m thick of 40mm metal and 0.15m thick of 80mm metal from bottom to top over the course sand of 20mm thick including stacking charges as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia pvc pipes of working pressure 4kg/cm2 to a required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges for fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction,/ contraction joints in apron floor from body wall to cutoff wall concrete area including cutting, jointing the pvc water stopper of 300m width and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including the filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawing as directed by the engineer complying with standard specifications. (For one running meter 1.04 Kg. of asphalt and 0.92 m2. of Mastic pad is required )

Rough stone dry packing for Apron using new stones including stacking the roughstone for premeasurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for launching apron using new hard granite Jeddy size revetment stones including stacking the stones for premeasurement finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..(The volume of stone/m width will be 2.25t m3/ metre run. Where 't' is the thickness of launching apron)

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 2.10 m x 1.30 m with consists of skin plate made out of 10 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 mm x 75 mm steel (ISMB-150) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 3.30 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 2.10 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.30 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.70 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting Shutter including crane hire charges (As per SR p .257) The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete M20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6 mm MS 9 numbers as strrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M alround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete M10 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm, as per the direction of the Engineers and complying with standard specification.
