Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, standardised Reinforced cement concrete Mix M-20 Grade(Design mix) in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with above (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Rough stone dry packing for Revetment using new hard granite stones obtained from approved quarries including cost of wedges for filling the gaps, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, inverted sand filter, etc., with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and filling in inverted sand filter, etc., with graded metal of size 20 to 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly and complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and filling of gravel in between gaps of CC blocks including conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges laying, watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Bailing out excess water during the excavation of open well. Hire charges for diesel pump set above 3HP to 7.5HP Rate as per TWAD BOARD S.O.R. 2024 - 25 Item No. 18(l).

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes of size 75mm dia with ISI standards (6kg/cm2) for providing pressure relief holes(weep holes) including labour charges for fixing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC water bar 150mm width with single bulb in postion including fixing cost and coveyance of all materials to the work site complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for joints in the walls at 25m intervals including all labour charges, conveyance charges for fixing etc,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Drilling of 150 mm bore wells in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes assembly in the drilled holes, if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation charges for the rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another place (the casing pipe has to be supplied by the contractor at the rates noted in a separate item) Rate as per TWAD BOARD SOR 2024-25 .Item no.11 (Rates of Miscellaneous)

Painting iron works 2 coats with enamel paint including cost of paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply of earth with a lead of 8km and conveying by lorries with a local lead and stacking them for premeasurement and including spreading, consolidating, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
