Water Resources Department Tender

The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering Construction field. They should have satisfactorily completed at least one individual 'Civil Engineering work of similar nature (Irrigation Structure Work) with a value not less than 50% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs.390.00 Lakh, including GST. This work should have been completed under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding 5 years at the 2024-25 price level. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of items works, including 5265.00 M3 of Earth Work in Bund Formation and 4990.00 M3 of PCC/RCC, in any one year during the preceding 5 years. The annual turnover in key construction activity should not be less than Rs.2337.00 Lakhs, including GST amount, per year in any one of the preceding 5 years. The cost of completed works on previous years shall be given weightage of 5% per year based on the Rupee value to bring them to the 2024-25 price level. The bidder should also have completed similar irrigation works under a single agreement in the preceding five years. The required percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the proposed contract value. The amount for this is Rs.390.00 Lakh, including GST.
