Providing and fixing 16mm dia 1.00m long cold twisted deformed steel anchor rod with 0.60m length driven into 50mm hole drilled in old masonry / Concrete and remaining length embeded in concrete/masonry including cost of all meterials, machinery, labour, drilling and clearing hole, driving anchor rod, grouting hole with thick cement slurry etc., complete with intial lead up to 100m and all lifts.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Driving hole for finished diametre of 300 mm in all kinds soils , all types of rocks, soft rock, weathered rock, hard rock to the requires depth using hydrulic rigs with veritcal sludge recycling pump of 20 HP using 53 KV diesel generator including all tools & plants with necessary acessories for applying Bentonite slurry through pump from tank with required density and by using light crane for lowering and placing the reinforecement cage into the pile reinforcement into pile cap. including the cost of disposal of spoils / slush etc., away from the work site without any constructions to the work with all leads and lifts, labour, pumping bailing etc., with their own cost and timely removal threoff to the satisfaction including dismantling the laitance concrete upto cutoff level for monolothic concreting of pile cap, providing stacking places, mobilisation and transfering / reinstalling of piling equipments / acessories etc., from one location to another location with necessary powr / service connections as required etc., complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is excluding of RMC cement concrete and steel which will be paid separately and this item is only for driving pile and lowring reinforcement work.

Supplying and laying of ready mix for M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007)with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing] including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - (Part 3 & 6)/ 1988 (2005)& (Part 2)/ 1999 (2004)and 516 / 1959 (2004 ), 4926 - 1976 (1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Excluding the cost of form works, centering and shuttering placed in position etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (RCC work)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.

Supplying and erecting centring for sides and soffits and strutting upto 3.0 m height for plane surfaces such as RCC slab rectangular beam or L beam lintels and bed blocks, stairs and covering slabs landing beam canopy etc, with all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90 cm x 60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for bearing laid silver Oak / Country wood joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C / C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C / C, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers - Horizontal Centering upto 3m to 4m height.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Primming coat on new iron work with ready mixed primer of approved quality including the cost of primer, brushes, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel bars etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing of Teak Wood planks of 30-45 cm wide of 25-40cm thick including labour charges for fixing and cost of materials. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved coats of synthetic over the one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executiv Engineer before Use of work. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five M.sand) using best quality of Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, (one cement and five M.sand) 12 mm thick including watering,finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing GI pipe handrails for handicapped persons using 50mm dia GI pipe double handrail at a height of 800mm and 900mm from floor level with 25mm thick MS square rods as balusters embedded in the concrete and welded with pipe at 60cm centre to centre as shown in CA Job No. 9123 / 1 including cutting, welding, bending and fixing charges and applying one coat of red oxide primer for MS members etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Excavation for Roadway and drainage Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of roadway and side drains in accordance with the specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer, as per MORTH Specification Nos. 111, 112, 301, 305 & 900

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as perClause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37kgs of VG30 grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
