Supplying and filling in foundation and basement etc., with filling m-sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-10 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works wioth all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Gravel backing for revetment and apron in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, including watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the Rough Stones and including stacking for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing and fixing of M15 grade cement concrete block of size 300X250X200mm using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 20mm including moulding charges casting of blocks, finishing, curing and conveyance of all materials to work site and fixing the same in postion and handling charges for the same in position including all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collection and supply of gravel from the approved quarry and stacking the same at required places for pre-measurement and laying the gravel including hire charges for tools and plants and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position of various depths and heights below and abvoe ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibrator power roller of short width (0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / fuel operated of electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slops etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position screw gearing steel shutter of size 100 mm thick for the following sizes made of 75 x 40 x 6 mm mild steel angles covered by 75x40x6 mm mild steel channel welded with the frame on one side providing gusset plate of 10mm thick of mild steel sheet welded at the top of shutter providing access to fit screw gearing rod of suitable length threaded for required length from top providing of 200mm x 100 mm rolled steel joist 2600mm length for the top of masonry, head wall at correct position and to be anchored by means of 2 Nos. of 100 x 50 x 10 mm steel plated bend at the ends to hold the top beam at correct position and with 16 mm mild steel bolt, 450 mm long split at bottom providing a cast iron Heavy Duty head set assembly with base plate of size 240 x 240 x 20mm and head threaded inside to suit the steel rod with locking nut and to be fixed over the top beam by means of 16 mm thick mild steel rods and 100 x 10 mm mild steel plates to suit the head nut and providing 2 Nos of guide channel of 100 x 50mm x 6mm for suitable length to be fixed at the sides of the head wall for the operation of the steel shutter to the true vertical and plump by means of the hold fasts bottom fixed at sill Stone. The cost should be including necessary bolts and nuts locking arrangements operation key, Cost of materials, labour welding transporting delivery, handling and erection charges including two coats of approved quality of red oxide primer paint and one coat of anti corrosive paint and fixing the head and guide channel rigidly at sluice head wall and checking the shuttering operation perfectly complete as per drawing and specification complete as directed by the Departmental Engineer complying with specification including allied civil works.
