Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B) (W-0055)

Earth work Excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton soil, Hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard grvelly soil depositing on bank including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10metres and an initial left of 2 metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M10 using hard broken granite coarse aggregate (well graded) size of 40mm to I.S. Specification grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N /mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by using mixer machine including dewatering of the placement site by balling / pumping and dewatering wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers as directed and in bays, compacting, watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for Plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle, of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of size 10cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (payment for centering shall be given after the concrete has been laid)

Gravel packing for revetment and apron in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, including watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the Rough Stones and including stacking for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing filter zone below the concrete block with coarse sand for bottom layer and broken graded stone for top layers as furnished in the drawing and as directed by the departmental Engineer including collection of coarse sand conveying, stacking the same for pre-measurement and providing a layer of 20cm thick, watering and consolidating, supplying hard broken stone of the following sizes, stacking for pre-measurement,. laying the stones of 10 mm size for 7.5cm thick, 20mm size of 7.5cm thick, 40mm size for 10cm thick and 80mm size for 15cm thick in layer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes with 110mm dia PVC pipe of working pressure of 4Kg/cm2 to a required length for fixing concrete protection / Retaining wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement 100 mm dia size broken stone granite gharges of the peripery and labour charges for fixing to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting, jointing the PVC Water stopper of 230mm width and placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23m2 of Mastic pad required for 254 Rm) at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 3.29 m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( for Wing Wall )

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 1.80 m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Rough stone dry packing for side revetment using new rough stones for apron and revetment including stacking the rough stone for premeasurement, cost of new stones, wedges for filling the gaps, finishing neately etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing launching apron using new hard granite jeddy stone of not less than 300mm size and weight not less than 40kg including stacking for premeasurement the cost of new stones wedges for filling the gaps.finishing neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, Supply And Erection of M.S Screw gearing Shutter of size 3.20X2.10M for suitable vent size of 3.00X2.10 M . the Shutter consist of 10mm Skin plate of size 2.00X1.60M with Horizontal Stiffener made up of 4 Nos ISMB150 for required length and End Vertical stiffener made up of 150X10 mm Flat of 4 Nos for the required length and the vertical Stiffener made up of 150X10 mm were welded in Equal spacing not more then 0.60M. The vertical water leakage arrangement were assembled by vertical bottom MS.Flat 75x10mm with required holes were the EPDM 100mmx 10mm Flat type Rubber seal are sandwiched with cover flat 65X8mm Flat Fastened with required rust free bolt and nut. The Bottom water leakage arrangement were assembled by bottom Flat 75x10mm with required holes were the EPDM “Flat ” type Rubber seal are sandwiched with cover flat 65X8mm Flat Fastened with required rust free bolt and nut. The Groove for shutter guiding is fabricated channel of size 150X200X150 which is shear bending with 8 mm Sheet for 6.00 M height , The rubber track Made up of 150X8mm Flat for the required length is welded with groove. The Shutter is lifted by using 80mm MS Screw rod with 24mm pitch with required thread length and heavy duty worm Gear assembly with Gun metal Nut which is suitable for thread in screw rod. Top beam made out of 200x100mm M.S Joist to a length of 2500mm with necessary foundation bolts and clamping plate.The worm head set is placed in the suitable M S stand made up of 75X8mm angle. The rate include cost of material, Consumables, Labour, power charges, conveying charges, charges for all equipments, trail operation of shutter and complete as directed by the Engineer in the charges of work. Dewatering using 20HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine Oil, pump opeartor, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete M20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6 mm MS 9 numbers as strrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M alround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete M7.5 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm, as per the direction of the Engineers and complying with standard specification.
