Supplying and filling the M.Sand including the cost and conveyance of materials, watering, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the works.

Providing and Preparation of sub grade (as per technical specification) duly moisture and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying plain cement concrete lining 100mm thick of M20 Grade mix concrete using hard course aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm downgraded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate weigh batching the ingredients along with Air Entraining Agent (200 ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in batch mixing plant (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2) transporting to placement site by transit mixer and mechanised placement of concrete over the sub grade on canal slope by using Concrete Paver including compaction , trimming, consolidation of concrete as per technical specifications and watering curing of the lining. The sub grade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true surface of specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. on canal Bed

Providing & Placing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in length in porous concrete CC 1:0:4, one in each panel in the bed @ 2.7m c/c, in filter having size 40 x 40 x 40 cm m M-Sand and 25 x 25 x 25 cm metal including excavation and separating filter material etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.. (as per drawing of the porous plug enclosed)

Providing and filling sealant material in Transverse contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 2.70m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. (as per drawing of the transverse contraction joint enclosed)

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking material useful for reuse for any thickness of brick or stone masonry in Cement Mortar walls under 3 (Three) meters high complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of the works.

Providing and Placing in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade Mix with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 30N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification ( by mixing mixer machine)

Providing and Placing in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade Mix with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 30N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary placing the concrete at site by Boom Placer and laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification ( by mixing mixer machine)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel (MS) or ribbed tor steel grills for reinforcement of all RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour charges for de-coiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size up to 1.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm Mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60 m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.,Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments.Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position using necessary hosting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including the cost of material , consumables , labours , power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equpiments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materilas, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Top beam made out of 200x100 mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16 mm Mild steel plate of size 0.30x0.20m, 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6mm Mild steel angle of 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos. on both sides and coveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store . The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials , consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments , conveyance , petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, suppllying and fixing of 63 mm dia screw rod made up of Mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes .Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site . Fixing the screw rods to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod , conveying and stacking at section store. The screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials , labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments , conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, suppllying and fixing of 80 mm dia screw rod made up of Mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes .Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site . Fixing the screw rods to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod , conveying and stacking at section store. The screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials , labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments , conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Head set assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg ) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearing for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head Set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years., etc, complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Head set assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 120 Kg ) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearing for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head Set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years., etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing of weld mesh 75mm x 50mm x 10gauge cost and conveyance of weld mesh to site of work and Dowel bar and including drilling and fixing of 50cm intervals over the brick wall surface incluiding all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Clean removal of the dirts deposited over brick wall surfaces, rubbing, cleaning, water washing filling the joint with epoxy grout and guniting with cement mortor 1:3 to an average thicknes of 40mm under the presser of 3 to 3.50 kg/m2 and finishing including hire charges for all the toils and planting and including sand blasting and all other incidential charges etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Centering for all sofits of reinforced Cement Concrete and all other concrete works including cost of materials for scaffolding strutting to centering etc and cost of nails etc and all other incidential charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charges of the work.
