Providing and Laying Sand gravel mix 30:70 to the required thickness including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel to the worksite and stacking them to the standard departmental meter guage for pre measurement mixing the required quantity of sand and gravel. Sprinkling watering and compacting the mix in layer of thickness not exceeding 100mm. compacted thickness by 80 - 100 K.W. to active the required density including labour charges for mixing spreading and tools and plants etc., complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits Without Strutting up to 3 m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using MS sheets of sizes 90x60 cm and B. G. 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced 90 cm C/C and supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75 cm C/C) complying with standard specification, etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits including strutting up to 3 m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using MS sheets of sizes 90x60 cm and B. G. 10 stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced 90 cm C/C and supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75 cm C/C) complying with standard specification, etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one Cement , Two Sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grills for all Reinforced cement Concrete works including cost of steel, binding wire, decoiling, bar bending, Mild steel or Ribbed Tor steel with all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Providing and placing plain Cement Concrete M20 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20 mm to I.S specified grading to achive the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating water curing finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc complete in all respects so as to attain the profile strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications complying with technical specifications and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Providing and placing plain Cement Concrete M 20 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40 mm and down graded to I.S specified grading to achive the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating water curing finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc complete. in all respects so as to attain the profile strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Providing and laying in position,standardised concrete Mix of M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456: 2000,using 20 mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,including admixture(palsticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing etc., and providing fixtures without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix of M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456: 2000,using 20 mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,including admixture(palsticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing etc., and providing fixtures without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Inverted filter with ISS grade stone jelly 12mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm and 50mm size for inverted filter etc., including cost of rough stone/ borken stone, conveyance, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and filling of gravel between the CC Block including stacking charges and labour charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental Officers.

Providing U/S and D/S apron using loose boulders of size more than 300mm and weight more than 40 kg including conveyance ,cost of materials and spreading charges complete complying with standard pecifications etc,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the open cut where ever necessary in layers including breaking clods , watering and compaction using power roller sectioning etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of more than 10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead 1 Km by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, benching of shores prior to placement of earth fill, including extra earth filling breaking clods water to OMC and compaction of each layer to 95% proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment 8-10 ton power roller, vibratory power roller, shore width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller ensuring compaction of designed bund section and also ensuring compaction of earth fill and side slopes through the deployment of hydraulic excavators with steel plate fixtures attached to their booms for heavy power roller including side slope as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specification.

Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using new hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the caps etc., complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Dewatering the river water using one number of 7.5 HP pumpset including hire charges, by operating personal including shifting the pumpset wherever necessary etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing in position of seepage of 75 mm dia PVC pipe having working pressure of 6 kg/ cm2 required length with required filter media ( excluding the cost of filter media ) for abutment and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charge for fixing etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 1.00m and up to 2.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut(approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
