(SS20B For Cut open)

Supplying and filling with the M. Sand 15 cm thick layer including watering compacting of including the cost of conveyance materials etc.complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders hard red gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth, strutting and bailing out water where ever necessary and refilling the sides of foundations with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick. well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the Engineer in charge of work.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the cut open wherever necessary in layers including breaking clods, watering and compaction using power roller to atleast 95 % of Procter density at OMC in each layer and sectioning etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the Engineer in charge of work.(by machine)

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and Tippers including benching, formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeded 23cm thickness, breaking clods, watering to Optimum moisture content (OMC) and compaction of each layers to 95 % of Procter density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 T) power roller / vibratory power roller/ short width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller ensuring compaction of designed bund section also ensuring compaction of earth fill and side slopes through deployment of hydraulic excavators with steel plate fixtures attached to their booms/ heavy power roller capable of claiming 2.00 (Horizontal) : 1.00 (Vertical) slope including side slope complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M 15 using hard well graded coarse aggregate of maximum nominal size of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/ batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/Sqmm in 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile with all leads and lifts, watering, curing to attain the strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete of grade M 15 using hard well graded coarse aggregate of maximum nominal size of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%) weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/ batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/Sqmm in 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile with all leads and lifts, watering, curing to attain the strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of Ribbed tor steel bars of various diameter for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works including cost of rods, binding wire, Labour Charge for cutting the rods to the required length, bending, tying and fixing in position complete for various height below and above ground level etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the by the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying and fixing new cut stone fully dressed to size on all faces and set in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three CS sand by volume) including all incidental charges such as finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and fixing best country wood plug with 50mm dia MS screw gearing rod 4m height supported on 2 Nos. of ISMB 125 RJ Joists of 1.80m length and guide beam 1 No. of the same size resting in turn of MS base plate of 50 X 30 mm size 6 mm thick with cast iron hexagonal head set and a collar plate of 300 X 300 X 6 mm thick fixed with necessary bolts and nuts and other fixtures etc, centre and bottom side covered with iron strap - 3 nos. Plate thickness size 3 mm steel plate. The plug hole size 10 cm to 25 cm dia. etc., including cost of rod, wrought and put up and fixing in correct alignment in position. The plug painted with two coats of Varnish, the rod painted with two coats of best anti-corrosive paint and conveyance to the work site including loading, unloading etc, complete complying specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. (The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties and including fixing charges etc)

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 0.90 m x 0.45 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm steel angle at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 65mmx65mmx6mm mild steel angle for required height up to 2.5 m including welding hold fast of size 25 mm x 25 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm, 1.15 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 4.25 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 150 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 150) for the length of 1.75 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly light duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 50 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.20 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint.
