Earth work open excavating for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with M.sand Gravel mix in ratio of 30:70 in layers of not more than 15cm thick thoroughly mixed, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc. with filling M- sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, consolidation etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M - 10 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 40 mm size with M.Sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M20 grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000 usin g 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mininmum cement content of 325 Kg/M3 and maximum water cement ration of 0.55, incluing admixture (plasticiser / Super Plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imapairing strength and durability with about (5Cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also incluidng laying, vibrating with machanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary with out claiming extra etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No seperate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS456:2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (palsticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixture without claiming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No seperate payment will be made by the Deaprtment for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc. including strutting above 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oaks (country wood) joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm (spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre) and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and filling in foundation below CC block 40 cm thick graded inverted filter provided in two or more layers (ie 50mm, 40 mm, 25 mm and 20 mm size metal) etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers .

Supplying and Filling of Gravel in between the gap of Cement Concrete Block with 75mm thick, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Rough stone dry packing using new rough stones for talus apron and revetments etc., including cost of Rough stones, conveyance Labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification and directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling loose boulders of Size more than 300mm and weight more than 40kg in U/S and D/S apron using including conveyance, cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering using 5 HP Diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, Pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plaster wall surphase with readymixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conveyance of Earth with a lead of 10 km by Lorry/ Tipper including cost of earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and other hard gravelly soils including sectioning and extra watering consolidation as needed and consolidating each earth fill layer to specified density of 95% of Proctor density at OMC, using appropriate compaction equipment ( 8 to 10 T Standard Power roller/ Vibratory Power Roller/ Short width vibratory Power roller/ Vibratory Plate compactors) etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Design, fabricating, Supply, erection and commissioning of embedded parts (with top seal seat) consisting of sill beam, wheel tracks, seal seats, guide reails, groove lining upto top etc., with all accessories for vertical lift roller gate for canal escape/regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, achoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc., complete as per specification and approved drawing with lead upto 1 km and all lifts for structural steel components and all leads and lifts including packing/forwarding charges for other materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Design, fabricating, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift gate (with top seal) consisting of skin plate, stiffeners, horizontal and vertical firders, wheel, guide rollers, rubber seal etc., with all accessories for canal escape / regulator vent including cost materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, achoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc., complete as per specification and approved drawing with lead upto 1 km and all lifts for structural steel components and all leads and lifts including packing/forwarding charges for other materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Design, fabricating, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of adequate capacity screw type hoist consisting of supporting structure, platform, ralling, ladder etc., with all accessories for canal escape / regulator gate including cost materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, achoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying two coats of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete as per specification and approved drawing with lead upto 1 km and all lifts for structural steel components and all leads and lifts including packing/forwarding charges for other materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size up to 1.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material , consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 1.00m and up to 2.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6mm Mild steel angle 3Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warrenty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
