Inclined drilling inside the gallery for curtain hole with diamond drill bit AX size using single tube core barrel in the reinforced cement concrete and Random Rubble masonry to the required depth including cost of transportation charges of all materials, pumps, water line fuel and other consumable materials etc., to site and collection of core from the bore holes, arranging them in serial order in the gunny bags and numbering the same, as directed by the departmental officers and complying with technical specification.

Washing and cleaning the AX grout holes by means of sending water at different pressure until the return water turns out to be of the same character as the original water inserted without any forge in material complying with technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conducting water permeability test in holes in rock, masonry / concrete portion in the drilled AX holes at different elevation in stage using packer method at required pressure in each elevation including cost of all assembly hire charges and other charge of labour and machinery complying with technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Grouting AX Size, grout 3600 holes up to bottom level at different stages or as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work for grouting in Random Rubble masonry and cement concrete portion in the drilled holes of different elevation in stages using packer method of required pressure in each elevation using fine cement of blains value of about 3500 mixed with 5% bentonite, including cost of cement, grouting assembly and other charges of labour and machinery as directed by the engineer in-charge of work and complying with technical specification. (during the grout hole being grouted have in the vicinity of the grout hole being grouted have to be continuously jet washed by the agency during the grout work).

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall be included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements, the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Working platform or scaffolding arrangement: Erecting a working platform for the entire downstream ogee portion using MS pipes of cup lock system kind and safety arrangements to carry out the below work procedure of surface preparation, cavity filling and flush pointing using high abrasion resistant material as described below and the cost includes mobilization and erecting of the scaffolding and after completion removing and demobilization of the materials and as directed by the departmental officers.

Jet Washing of Dam Body: Pressure washing of the downstream face of the dam & its appurtenance: Scraping and cleaning the downstream face of the dam and its appurtenance by cleaning and removing dirt, dust, bird droppings, grease oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growths etc. including washing the surface with the help of high pressure air-water jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge by using winch and cradle (the rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved)

Surface Preparation: Cleaning and removing the detoriated / eroded concrete surface by high pressure water jet upto 300 bar to remove loose particles from surface and water jet washing should take place in such a way to make the surface rough to aid a very good bonding with the repair mortar application and cost includes of necessary arrangements like scaffolding/work platforms, electricity and all tools and tackles etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

High abrasion resistant coating: After cleaning with high-pressure water jet apply a high abrasion resistant coat for 15 MM thickness by spray (wet or dry GUNMIX technology) and also by hand using ready to use pre packed single component polymer modified, fibre reinforced, high abrasion resistant polymeric special mortar which has very high sulphate and chloride resistance and resistance from pH 14 to pH 3.3, Open to water vapour diffusion impermeable to water and resistant to permanent water exposure and class R4 according to EN 1504 part3 also the material should achieve Compressive strength of 43.5 and 57.3 N/mm2 at 7 days and 28 days respectively, Dynamic E modulus 27500N/mm2, Water penetration 1MM at five bar pressure gauge as per EN12390-8, abrasion resistance grade A6 as per EN13813. Cost Includes tools tackles working platforms labour charges etc and finishing as directed by departmental officers.

Surface Hardener Coating: Supply and applying a two component water based epoxy resin on top of the hardened coating which improves the mechanical and chemical resistance of the pointing material which has the density of 1.05 kg/dm3 and viscosity of 250 mPa/sec also application time of 45 to 60 minutes which has full resistance after 7 days at a coverage of 250 grams/SQM etc. by roller or brush or by spray and as directed by the departmental officers.

Surface Preparation: Raking out the horizontal and vertical joints of Random Rubble masonry to a minimum depth of 25mm/50mm in the upstream face of Dam to remove all the loose pointing using hand grinding machine with diamond wheel (manual / mechanical means), cleaning the raked joints with wire brush followed by compressed air and water jets with variable pressure of 30 - 250 bars, drying the raked joints. The rate shall include the cost of materials, hire charges of necessary equipment, cost for disposal of debris within a distance of 500m and stacking outside submerging periphery of the reservoir, scaffolding etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Flush pointing in cement mortor 1:2 (one cemet and two P.sand) with old or new masonry joints etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Bitumen 20MM thick pad for expansion joints in Plain cement concrete and Reinforced cement concrete etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Loose boulders Earth work excavating of various sizes from 150mm to 625mm and deposited Soil, clearing away from site with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2.0m and as directed by the engineer in charge of work etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Conveying and disposal of the Earth work soils 500m from site.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of dry stones apron or revetment, stacking within 40m lead. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of stainless steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick using at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia stainless steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 No's of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100x100x6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils including hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrams earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick depositing the surplus earth in place shown by the departmental officers. Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrams earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick depositing the surplus earth in place shown by the departmental officers. Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, beams, lintels, bed block, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc, in all floors. with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc,. Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cum) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators., finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing BT surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table: - 400-1) - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) - for grading- V Materials. Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) - over WMM/ WBM

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 - over granular surfaces treated with primer. Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc. Complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with following Non Slippery Designed ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm of EURO/ Kajaria or equivalent make as mentioned in the approved list of tiles laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, colour designed glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm neatly in all floors, curing, etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3Nos of hinges in case of single leaf and 6Nos of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6Nos of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2Nos one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided incase of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. In case of double leaf door MS Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter to conceal the gap between the two shutters at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc. Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of steel sheeted windows (Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS Flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 Nos for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffeners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 numbers of sturdy hinges and one number of handle-cum-latches of special type made with 18x5mm MS flats are reverted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. a stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle of each window shutter having an adjustable stay made out of 18 x 5mm at 0.70 kg/ m MS flat of length 320mm with three adjustable position.A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window at suitable place. 4 Nos of hold fasts of 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the window by using MS flat of 18x5mm at 0.70kg/m, welded to the shutter at two place equivalent from each from top and bottom of the shutter. An MS square bar of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at an equal interval not exceeding 100mm edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. All sections should be in confirmed with IS 7452/1990.The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of MS Grills using 50x50x6mm M.S outer angle and inner with 12mm square bars for protection. However with 25mm x 6mm MS Flat the cost including cost of Ornamental flower, Leaves, ball, Handle etc., with one coat of red oxide primer, Labour for conveyance fixing as per design given by the departmental officers. Complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The maximum permissble sound pressue level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board/ Competent Authority concerened or shouble be 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department. The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel. The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Sets mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concerned. SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING: The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phospating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES: Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any. WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg c/ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading. Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well with in 5-7 deg centigrade. D) Base Frame: Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges. E) Fuel Tank: 200 Ltrs. Removable Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet an outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. F) Battery: 1No 12V 180 AH battery (Kirloskar/Ashok Leyland).
