Earthwork excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all kind soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 4 KM deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning, spreading the earth at site in layers of not exceding 250mm in thickness, extra watering and compaction of earth fill in layers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.. (For forming bund and approach road on either side of Road Culverts)

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 2 KM deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning, spreading the earth at site in layers of not exceding 250mm in thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. For conveying slushy soil and Drainage waste dumped into low lying area (out of the municipal area)

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 0 to 100m deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth conveying with a lead of 4 Km and dumping in low level area etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-10 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works wioth all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position of various depths and heights below and abvoe ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of 4kg/cm2 required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 110mm PVC pipes of 4kg/cm2 required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., completed for proving utility services in foot paths.

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to worksite, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling behind Abutments and wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing GI DRAINAGE SPOUTS 100MM dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout adjecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing thm in position, etc, complete as per cl2705 of MORT & H specification (Revision)

Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soild and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site inlcuding all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media s per MOST's (Roads Wing) specifictions for Roads and Bridges "Fourth Revision Cl.309-3-13 and 305-4-4 etc., complete - 1Cum.

Providing cut stone roughly dressed to size on all faces and set in cement morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) including fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification

Plastering with Cement Mortor 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) 20mm thick including all incidental chares such as scaffolding finishing curing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification

Refilling with excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibrator power roller of short width (0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / fuel operated of electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slops etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 1.47m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting, jointing the PVC Water stopper of 230mm width and placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23m2 of Mastic pad required for 1 Rm) at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutter of following sizes made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and 65 x 65 x 6mm Mild Steel Channels for outer frame with each 1 No of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild Steel plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 0.30 x 0.23m with required bolts and nuts and shutter Groove Angle made out of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle with required height including welding of Holdfast of size 40x40x6mm Mild Steel angle 3 Nos and Screw Rod 50mm dia Mild Steel Round Rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Capstan Head Assembly with required bolt and nut and Top beam made out of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.23 x 0.30m, 2 Nos and the Cast Iron Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50Kg) duly machined with nut, threading to suit the Screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over the one coat Red Oxide primer etc., The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation and conveying loading and unloading charges including petty civil work and trail operation etc., complete.
