Supplying and erection of Steel Centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3.29m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm x 60 cm. and thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm, for boarding, laid over silver oaks joists of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced 90cm, Centre to centre and supported by casuarinas props of 10 to 13 dia (spaced at 70 cm c/c) complying with standard specification etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two m.sand and four aggregate ) using of 20mm size hard granite broken stone jelly for Plain Concrete including cost of materials, shoring, strutting and dewatering wherever necessary laying using concrete mixer machine and vibrators for PCC laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick consolidation and curing inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departemental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size up to 1.00 m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6 mm Mild Steel Angle at an interval not more that 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper positing by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65x65x6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding of hold fast of size 25x25x6mm Mild Steel angle 2 Nos. on each both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head Set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.30x0.15m, 2 Nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including coat of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

RCC Non Presure Class 2 900mm spun pipe with socket and spigot ends asper IS 458/2003 manufactured with sulphate resistence cement with 12 mm non alumina lining with rubber ring joint etc., complete complying standared specfication and as departmental officers. (as per TWAD BOARD)

Earthwork open excavation in all soils and sub soils and to fall depth as may be directed except in rock requring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, complete complying with standard specification

Providing and making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012, Morth Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc + PVC Coated, Mesh Wire diameter 2.7 / 3.7mm, mechanically edged / selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2 / 3.2mm (ID/OD), supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and driving hot rolled sheet pile to line and level including fabricating reformed steel sheet pile at required position at corners, Junction, wedge etc. Installing vertically along the alignment with the help of equipment's like hydraulic crawler mounted vibro hammer or Silent piler based on the site requirement and with concern of Engineer-in-charge, through the grooves to Interlock together the sheet piles to suit the grooves of existing sheet piles. Providing S430 GP or equivalent sheet piles of having weight of not less than 96.70 kg/m of pile, and Elastic modulus of not less than 2600 cm3/m. Installing the same to a depth as specified below the design bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of equipments and mobilization and demobilization including fuel and lubricant charges, pre drilling if required, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying needle punched and mechanically bonded Non-woven Geotextiles of Type-I indigenously manufactured from high quality fibres on the prepared subgrade for separation as per MORTH Specification 702 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement One and half m.sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken stone jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick including vibrators, ramming watering and curing etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) etc. complete complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement

Quarrying and supplying hard granite stones of weight 1.50 MT to 2.00 MT for Armour Layer up to 8.00 m to 10.00 m water depth including quarrying, loading at quarry conveying in contractors transport by tipper including per weighting and post weighing for the purpose of measurement and dumping in to the river bank alope with required Width and Side slope with necessary equipenents and device as per drawing and specification etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of 3-10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.
