Supplying erecting and CENTERING for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc., including strutting using MS steets of size 90Cm X 60CM B.G.10 gauge Stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oaks (Country Wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at 90 CM centre to centre) and supported by casurina props of 10Cm to 13 Cm dia. (spaced at 75 Cm centre to centre ) etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

With Strutting (Upto 3m high)

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water content ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended Proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without improving strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone crushed jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg. of sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill nand fabrication charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slab wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The coarse and fine aggregate to be used should comply with the requirement of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying fabrication and placing in position of Mild steel (or) ribbed for steel for all Rcc Works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour chrges for decoiling, cutting ,bending and tyinig the grills etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing cut stone roughly dressed to size all faces and set in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M. Sand) including all incidental charges such as finishing and curing etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) available at site with all leads and lifts for filling the cut open wherever necessary compacting and consolidation by power roller etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.30x0.15m, 2 Nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including coat of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head Set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing of Country wood plug made out of best quality of country wood with slot holes with necessary locking arrangements is made out of 50x8mm M.S Plate with required height and the Country wood plug may be manufactured with stand and size and shape. The rate including all cost such as cost of materials. The rate including all cost such as cost of materioals, labour transportation to site, loading, unloding and fixing the plug with correct alighnment and position and painting the plug with two coats of varnish and iron members are painted with one coats of red oxide primer and with two coats of AC black paint with all taxes and other etc.complete.as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per technical specifications

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying Demarcation RCC Pre cast Post in Cement Cocrete of Grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of course aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45 M and fixing the Post 40 Cm depth below Ground level, the Post includes using 4 Nos of 10mm RTS Main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 8 mm MS 10 Nos as Strips with Steel Centring and Painting the Post with Enamel Paint to a Height of 0.80 m around the post etc., complete and Conveying the post to the Site of Demarcation Boundary such as Tank Bund and foreshore including earthwork excavation for Foundation in HSC having the base Plain cement Concrete of 10 Cm of cement concrete 1:4:8 using Hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal of 40 mm and the Post embeded using Cement Concrete of Grade Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with well graded aggregates and the Nominal maximum size of course aggregate of 20 mm etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the Technical Specfications.

Removal of silt, blockages, like weeds vegetation, water hyacinth (Aahaya thamarai) and other floating materials etc., and rehandling, depositing on the bank the accumulated silt, weeds, vegetation, water hyacinth (Aahaya thamarai) and other floating materials from the center portion not accessible to usual earth moving machinery, being mounted over float platform including hire charges for float platform, poclain, also inclusive of skilled labour for assisting at certain critical rooks and corners - the removal of silt, blockages, like weeds vegetation, water hyacinth (Aahaya thamarai) and other floating materials dumped on the bank side of canal, river and pond like swamp area for drying and other related works etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using new hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the gaps etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fabrication and CC Block of size 1.50 X 1.50 X 0.90 m with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two m.sand and Four aggregate) using 40mm and down graded metal hard broken stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and placing in position including ramming watering and curing etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick PVC EXPANSION JOINT in between deck slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc., complete -1 joint

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC seepage pipes of required length for abutment and wing, retaining wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and conveyance of all materials tto worksite, cost and labour for semisperial backfill arrangements with 100 mm size broken granite stones at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc. complete to drain the backfill as per standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size above to 2.00 m and upto 3.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and horizontally stiffened with 150x75 mm RSJ at an interval not more that 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100 x 50mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper positing by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.
