Earth work open excavating for cut off wall foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75cm. c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position Ready mixed Plain Cement Concrete of M15 using 20mm size downgraded (HBGS) hard broken granite stone jelly to attain the specified charecterstic strength not less then 15N/mm2 at 28 days and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transmit mixer including pumping RMC from transmit mixer for all leads, having continious agitated mixer, including pumping RMC from transit mixer to site of laying admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelarate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per the direction of Engineer-in charge including production cost of concrete by mixer plant including batching, mixing, hire charges for machineries such as batching plant, Generator, and carriage of concrete by transporting the concrete from batching plant to the site by using transit mixer including charges for operator and helpers and pumping of concrete from site to the required location including hire charges of pump, piping work and accessories etc., labour for pouring, consolidating and etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of RTS grill for reinforced cement concrete including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, cutting etc. as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C pre cast post in cement concrete of grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maxixmum size of course aggregate 20mm of size 0.20x0.20x1.45m and fixing the post 40cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 m using 8mm MS 10 nos as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80m around the post etc., complete and the conveying the post to site of demarcation boundry such as tank bund and foreshore including earthwork excavation for foundation in IISE having the base plain cement concrete of 10 cm of grade M 7.5 concrete using hard blue granite broken stone of graded metel of 40mm and the post embabded by using cement concrete M10 concrete of grade with welgraded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of course aggregate 20 mm etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating ,supplying and erection of screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size up to 1.00m width, consists of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and horizontally stiffened with 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild steel Angle at an invertal not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60 m and provided with 8mm Mild steel plate for Gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., Conveying the fabricated shutter by using Lorries including Loading , unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for 5years etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of screw Gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00m and up to 2.00 m width consists of skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50 mm mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6m and provided with 8mm Mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and including all taxes and warranty for 5 years etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warrant for 5years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 65x 65 x 6 mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6mm Mild steel angle of 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and including all other taxes and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and Fixing of Head set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the Head set assembly to the worksite. Fixing the Head set assembly to the top beam by using requied rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged head set assembly, conveying and straking at section store. The Head set assembly suppiled with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern moulding and charges for att maching equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x 40 x 6mm Mild steel angle of 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conveyance of Earth with a lead of 5km by Lorry/ Tipper including cost of earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and other hard gravelly soils including sectioning and extra watering consolidation as needed and consolidating each earth fill layer to specified density of 95% of Proctor density at OMC, using appropriate compaction equipment ( 8 to 10 T Standard Power roller/ Vibratory Power Roller/ Short width vibratory Power roller/ Vibratory Plate compactors) etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conveyance of Earth with a lead of 4 km by Lorry/ Tipper including cost of earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and other hard gravelly soils including sectioning and extra watering consolidation as needed and consolidating each earth fill layer to specified density of 95% of Proctor density at OMC, using appropriate compaction equipment ( 8 to 10 T Standard Power roller/ Vibratory Power Roller/ Short width vibratory Power roller/ Vibratory Plate compactors) etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing using new rough stones for talus apron and revetments etc., including cost of Rough stones, conveyance Labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
