Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ]. Iincluding the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe 110 mm dia (4Kg/cm2) for weep holes provide in the wing walls of either side etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size 2.24 m x 1.25m consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel ISMC at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plateof required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc..complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Heavy duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section Store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc, complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm mild steel plate of size 0.20x 0.30m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.

Providing chequered plate in the operating platform for a vertical lift geared shutter of size 1200 x1250 mm 1no with a platform of size 11400 x2500 mm. To provide protection arrangements to hoisting arrangements made by vertical posts to 1.20m height on both sides made up of 65x65x8mm mild steel angle fixed at an interval of 1.50m connected. The protection angle cutting to the required sizes and straightening to vertical. The angle should be drilled for 20mm dia by drilling machine at an interval of 0.15m. And the GI Pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at work shop. The new chequered plate of 6 mm thickness of M.S.plate shall be checked for flatness and lifted to the overhead platform and marked and cut to exact size. Then the plate shall be laid in the panel welded to the suitable stiffeners below. Suitable holes shall be provided at appropriate places for drainage of rain water. Then all steel members should be given a coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer over which two coats of industrial black paint is applied. The cost includes cost of all materials, process charges like welding, cutting & drilling, labour charges for loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, scaffolding charges, hire charges for equipments like chain pulley block, power charges from generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, risk allowance for working at a height of more than 3m, cost of consumable like diesel, oil, welding rods & oxygen gas, warranty for 5 years, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete of grade M 15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45 M and 0.45 x 0.20 x 0.30 m base fixing the post 30 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.33 M, using 8 mm MS @ 15 cm spacing as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint allround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as canal bund/water spread area etc including earth work excavation for foundation (45x45x45cm) in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 15 cm of grade M 7.5 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm of 10 cm thick, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm of 30cm thick as per the drawing enclosed including cost of earth work, concrete, moulding charges, steel reinforcement, finishing, painting them and marking at top of post, etc .complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
