Supplying and laying of ready mix for M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007)with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. Supplying and fixing PVC water stopper heavy duty of 300 mm width as per IS 15058 / 2001, including cost of all materials, labour charges, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing 25mm Dia 1.00m long cold twisted deformed steel anchor rods with 0.60m length driven into 50mm hold drilled in old masonary/concrete and remaining length embedded in concrete/masonary inculding cost of all materials, machinery, labor, drilling and cleaning hole, driving anchor rod, grouting hole with thick cement slurry etc., complete with initial lead up to 100m and all lifts.

Clean removal of deposited vegetation, weeds, dirts, chemical matters, etc over existing wall / concrete surface, chipping & roughening the surface, rubbing, cleaning by water washing including water trimming the top surface so as to receive epoxy grouting and guniting sfter sand blasting. Supplying and applying two coats of bonding epoxy resist layer as well as filling the joints with epoxy grouting over the trimmed surface of existing old concrete / wall so as to receive to new concrete / wall surface forming by guniting in cement mortar. Grouting 75mm dia grout holes of NX size using packer, under required pressure including cost of cement with 5% bentonite and If required MT 23000.00 plasticized expanding grout admixture (chemicals) Grouting assembly higher charges and other charges of labour and machinery etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the depatmental officers.

Digging the diaphragm wall of 0.80 m thickness including trenching for diaphragm wall of 0.80 m thick in all kind of soil, rock, boulders, dewatering etc., upto the required depth using approved trenching method by mechanical grabs mixing supergrade Bentonite slurry and disposing the excavation materials beyond a lead of 1 Km, washing the trench upto required bottom level specified by adopting either successive panel or alternate method technique from a good continuous leak proof joints to the length and levels required by the Departmental Officers etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Construction of RCC cast-in-place diaphragm wall of 0.80 m thickness with M30 grade concrete using ordinary port land cement in with 20 mm down graded HBGS metal) with minimum cement concrete of 473 Kg/m3 (including 10% excess cement for under water construction works as per IS 456-2000 and water cement ratio not exceeding 0.55, super plasterers as an admixture including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift with placing the reinforcement cages including necessary duly approved welded reinforcemnt, with placing and removal of end pipe arrangement as designed and concreting using tremie pipe arrangement for Diaphragm panel upto required top level by adopting either successive panel or alternate method technique to from a good continuous leak proof joints to the length and levels required by the Departmental Officers including dismantling the overburden concrete over the subsurface dyke and conveying the same to the near by site and dumping the same in the low lying area as per schedule of rate S.
