Supplying and laying of Ready Mix for RCC M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ]. Including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Excluding the cost of form works, centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for apron and revetment using new stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new stones wedges for filling the gaps, etc. including stacking the same for pre-measurement complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing the Launching Apron using new Jeddy Stone of Size not less than 300mm Thick and weight not less than 40kg including the cost of new wedges for filling the gaps, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of screw gearing shutters of size 1.50m x 0.75m consist plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontallystiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel ( ISMC ) at an interval not more than 0.50 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabroicated shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipements. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coat anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angel should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equpments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top beam made up of 150 x 75 mm ( ISMB 150 ) duly drilled to shit the Headset assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.20 x 0.30 m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dsimantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabriating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia screw rod made up of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the head set assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod conveying and stacking at section store. The screw rod should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equpments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Head set assembly medium an hexagonal nut ( approximate 70 Kg ) made up of cast iron including moulding machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dsimantling the existing damaged head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The head set assembly supplied with operating key on both should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labour charges for wooden pattern including charges of machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

De-watering of using diesel pump set having capacity 7.50 HP including cost of hire charges, diesel, labour etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental oficers

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete

Supplying and fixing PVC water stopper heavy duty of 300 mm width as per IS 15058 / 2001, including cost of all materials, labour charges, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe 110mm Dia (4Kg/cm2) for weep holes provide in the wing, abutment walls of either side etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing in position of demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete of grade M 15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45 M and 0.45 x 0.20 x 0.30 m base fixing the post 30 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.33 M, using 8 mm MS @ 15 cm spacing as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint allround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as canal bund/water spread area etc including earth work excavation for foundation (45x45x45cm) in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 15 cm of grade M 7.5 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm of 10 cm thick, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm of 30cm thick as per the drawing enclosed including cost of earth work, concrete, moulding charges, steel reinforcement, finishing, painting them and marking at top of post, etc .complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
