Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M10 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; compacting, Vibrating and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Supplying and Erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all R.C.C. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry concrete including curing, jointing and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick with mastic filling as specified in the drawings directed by the engineer complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and filling with Gravel of each layer not more than 15 cm thick including consolidation etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications etc complete as per specification.

Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using new hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the gaps etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Grade II using 1 cum of 75mm to 22.4mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel, forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying, rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all incidental charges etc., complete for BOTTOM LAYER

Earth work deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete (Having width of 3 m - 10 m) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small sized boulders & hard gravelly soil and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS or MS reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel rods of all sizes including binding wires and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing New G.I.pipe Post using G.I. Pipe of approved quality and good ISI brand 'B' class pipes of the following sizes for fencing post including cutting the pipe to required length fixing the pipe to plump in the existing holed and laying the concrete. The rate is inclusive of cost of G.I. pipe , including conveyance to work site and labour charges for cutting the pipe to required length and fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 50mm dia G.I. Pipe Post.

Supplying and fixing new 6mm thick M.S.chain Link fencing of approval gauge with angle above ground level and tying the same with an angle including the cost of MS flat making holes on the flat cost of bolt nut 40 nos Washer etc to size of the chain link fenching is 2"x2"10 gauge. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia PVC pipe to a required length for protection wall Abutment & wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for fixing of 90cm spherical backfill arrangements with 10 to 80mm dia size broken granite stone etc,complete to drain the backfill (4kg/cm2 of working pressure) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M 25 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm; weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing, adequate water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications

Below 1.50 m depth and upto 4.50 m depth G.L.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Screw gearing shutter of size 2800 mm X 1500 mm made out of 10mm M.S plate as skinplate and 65 x 65 x 6 mm M.S. Angle as outer and inner stiffeners at an interval not more than 600 mm. Groove angle made out of 100 x 100 x 8 mm M.S. Angle face to face welded for form groove for shutter. Screw rod made out of 75 mm M.S. round rod threaded with square thread to the required length, and connected with shutter by means of box channels weld with the screw rod and bolted to connect the shutter top beam of 3600 mm length made out of 200 x 100 mm rolled steel joint with necessary drilling in the top beam to hold the capstan head set assembly. Capstan headset assembly includes cast iron top, cast iron bottom and cast iron nut are machined to suit the screw rod and thrust bearing. Necessary foundation, bolts, clamping plates are provided to hold the top beam in the concrete. Still beam made out of 100 x 50 mm M.S. channel. The whole shutter arrangement is fabricated and fixed in the site. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour for fabrication, transportation, erection charges, cost of bolts and nuts, operating key, grease packing and lubricating oil, two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. (Shutter size :- 2800 mm x 1500 mm)
