Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of flood bank/bund from approved borrow area and transporting the same with a lead of 2 KMMR deploying earth moving machineries and Tippers including benching, formation of bunds,breaking clods, watering to Opitimum moisture content (OMC) and compaction of each layers to 95 % of procter density through deployment of appropriyate compaction equipment (8-10 T) power roller / vibratory power roller/ short width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / Fuel operated or elect-operated vibratory plate compactors,ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slope complete as per standard specification as directed by the Departmental Officers

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of 3 m to 10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete.

Dewatering using 3HP Diesel pump set including Hire charges, Cost of diesel, Engine oil, Pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidential charges etc complete.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M10 using hard broken granite coarse aggregate (well graded) size of 40mm to I.S. Specification grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N /mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by using mixer machine including dewatering of the placement site by balling / pumping and dewatering wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers as directed and in bays, compacting, watering, curing, finishing the surface so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for Plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle, of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of size 10cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and placing Reinforced Cement Concrete M30 grade using hard broken granite course aggregate (well graded ) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded t I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 30 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing /pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Above 1.00 m height and upto 4.50m height above ground level

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of ribbed tor steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the bending, tying and fixing in position for various depths and heights below and above ground level complete as directed by the Engineer complying with standard specification

Collection and Supply of M Sand gravel mix 3:7 (Three sand and Seven gravel) ratio for basement / filter zone including stacking, mixing and spreading the sand gravel mix in layers of not exceeding in 150 mm thickness over properly prepared surface, watering and consolidating the same with approved type of compaction equipment including stacking for pre-measurement etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

Rough stone dry packing for side revetment using new rough stones for apron and revetment including stacking the rough stone for premeasurement, cost of new stones, wedges for filling the gaps, finishing neately etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing launching apron using new hard granite jeddy stone of not less than 300mm size and weight not less than 40kg including stacking for premeasurement the cost of new stones wedges for filling the gaps.finishing neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of gravel by lorry including conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges laying, watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing filter zone below the concrete block with M sand for bottom layer and broken graded stone for top layers as furnished in the drawing and as directed by the departmental Engineer including collection of coarse sand conveying, stacking the same for pre-measurement and providing a layer of 20cm thick, watering and consolidating, supplying hard broken stone of the following sizes, stacking for pre-measurement,. laying the stones of 10 mm size for 7.5cm thick, 20mm size of 7.5cm thick, 40mm size for 10cm thick and 80mm size for 15cm thick in layer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 1.80 m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( for wing wall )

Providing and fixing weep holes with 110mm dia PVC pipe of working pressure of 4Kg/cm2 to a required length for fixing concrete protection / Retaining wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement 100 mm dia size broken stone granite gharges of the peripery and labour charges for fixing to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the open cut wherever necessary in layers including breaking clods watering and compaction using Power Roller to atleast 95% of Proctor Density at OMC in each layer and sectioning etc as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Fabrication, Supply of Steel level gauge of size 100mmx1000mm.The outer frame of the board is made of 25x25x6mm M.S. Angle best quality. The corners are neatly welded to form homogeneous joint. Polyvinyl sheets is riveted to the frames by aluminium pop rivets. Necessary hold fast arrangements to fix the leveling gauge to corrcect position. the lettering and sticker cutting is by high quality of vinyl stickers. The cost includes cost of materials, labour charges, transportation, painting etc complete. The rate Excluding GST.( Approved by Superintending Engineer. Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.70 m X1.25m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 4.00 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.70 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 4.00 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.30 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting Shutter including crane hire charges (As per SR p .257) The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supplying and Fixing demarcation R.C.C. pre cast posts in Cement concrete of grade M20 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6mm MS 9 numbers as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M around the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 10 cm of grade M15 concrete using hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal 1/3 Part of 40mm & 2/3 Part of 20 mm size, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications
