Earth work excavating for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with M.sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including watering, consolidation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three M-sand and six aggregate) using 40 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for base concrete layers of not more than 15 cm thick including compacting, finishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of using 60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minium cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maxium water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticizer/Super plasticizer) in recommended proportions asper IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcemnt grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including and laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 m and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officer in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size up to 1.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material , consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and warranty for fiive years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6mm Mild steel angle of 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing Scrub jungle and destroying them effectively as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work in all soils except medium rock/hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning consolidation by power roller etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying Demarcation RCC Pre cast Post in Cement Cocrete of Grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of course aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45 M and fixing the Post 40 Cm depth below Ground level, the Post includes using 4 Nos of 10mm RTS Main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 8 mm MS 10 Nos as Strips with Steel Centring and Painting the Post with Enamel Paint to a Height of 0.80 m around the post etc., complete and Conveying the post to the Site of Demarcation Boundary such as Tank Bund and foreshore including earthwork excavation for Foundation in HSC having the base Plain cement Concrete of 10 Cm of cement concrete 1:4:8 using Hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal of 40 mm and the Post embeded using Cement Concrete of Grade Palin Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with well graded aggregates and the Nominal maximum size of course aggregate of 20 mm etc., etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
