The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering, with specific requirements including: * A Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience and a degree in civil engineering. * Site Engineers with a degree in civil engineering, with 2 Nos. required. * The bidder should have completed at least one work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.147.80 Lakhs, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a single agreement as a prime contractor in any one of the preceding five years. * The bidder should have completed one work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the proposed contract in a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. * The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of works, including 3450 m³ of Earth Work Excavation, which is 75% of the Schedule Quantity, in any one year as a prime contractor in the preceding five years. * Annual turnover of the Applicant should not be less than Rs.443.40 Lakhs, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, per year in any one of the preceding five years. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as more than 147.80 lakh, and the bidder should have a minimum of 20% of the value of the work for which the pre-qualification tender has been called for, in terms of issued/called-up share capital and capital reserves. The working capital required is not less than Rs.73.90 Lakhs.
