Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders conveying the same with deploying earth moving machinery and tippers for bund strengthening with 1KM CT lead etc.,including sectioning during forming bunds when earth moving machinery, lorries are used for consolidation and Breaking clods, consolidating and sectioning etc complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers .(SS20B)W-0061(Tank bund strengthening)

(SDR+DMR NRB) -Open excavation)

Earth work Excavaction and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting and medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting for foundation including refilling the sides of foundation with excavted earth shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental offices and clearing, levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand)mixed using mixer machine using old stones for various depth and height below and above ground level with all leads and lifts including simultaneous flush pointing the exposed surface with same mortor and with all incidental charges such as scaffolding and dewatering by baling pumping and diverting water wherever required finishing curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength in the drawing and specification including providing shrinkage ,construction joint for closing the days work at intervals specified whereever required and as directed by the Engineer complete complying with specification

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and Laying in position, Plain Cement Concrete of M 15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and down graded (60% of 40 mm and 40% of 20mm) confirming to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position, standardised Reinforced cement concrete Mix M-20 Grade(Design mix) in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with above (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinthbeam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc. using MS sheets10 guage thick of size 90cmx60cm stiffened with MSangle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and duly supported and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complying with standard specification Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Nominal strutting)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size (10x6.5)cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm C/C and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid,scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Vertical wall surface)

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel ,cost of fabrication,labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening,cutting,bending,tying grills including over lapping to the required length whereever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing PVC pipes of size 75mm dia with ISI Standards (6 kg/cm2) for providing drain holes as required interval etc., including all labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for joints in the wall etc., including all labour charges for fixing etc ,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Rough stone dry packing for apron and revetment using old available stones at site including all labour charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortor 1:4 (One cement and four sand) 20mm thick including all incidental chares such as scaffolding finishing curing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including colouring pigment ,cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hoist repairs in service shutter (size of 900mmx1500mm) including Renewal and repairs to the heavy duty gear box type worm box and worm gear arrangement, Screw rod bent to be rectified for height of 9.45m and properly machining and synchronizing with Gear box for smooth Functioning. Lubrication welding and strengthening of guide channels, inner level platforms, Replacing worn out bolts and nuts, Repairs screw rod,suspension channel joint, dismantling the masonry portion where ever necessary, make it to original condition by means of cement concrete or masonry and finishing the portion. Repairs and strengthening of platform with chequered plate including hinges fixing for openable portion, bend rectification, Welding of lifting plates. Change of guide channel in 4 stages using ISMC 150-2Nos., in each stage for a length of 2 X (3M + wall bearing not less than 300mm), including civil works. Change of Suspension channel for entire height with 2 Nos., of ISMC 125 back to back fabricated with MS Flats Of 65x12mm stiffeners for the height including joint work using new 12mm gazette plates, bolts and nuts etc., and connecting to shutter and screw rod in position. Repairs to guiding assembly at all levels by providing guide plates and machined to shape to suite the suspension channel ISMC 125, Repairs to the platforms inside the sluice well. MS Ladder repairing work Inner level platform connecting ladder and guide box for a size of 3'x2' using 6mm chequered plate and ISMC 100 should be removable during Shutter lifting, All the Above items Should be painted with zinc rich primer (85%±5%zinc) two coats and epoxy Coal tar paint two coats after thorough cleaning by hand tools and power tools (Buffing Machine etc.,) and Labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, gas cutting, conveyance charges to the site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, all civil works, handing over of all old materials removed from this work to dam officials, etc., complete as directed by the departmental Engineers. After completion of above work a satisfactory test trial run should be as per IS Specification. (Excluding GST)

Manufacturing, Supply and Erection of New Emergency Shutter of size 900mm x 1500mm Including preparing detailed drawing of shutter frame work, roller box, roller, roller pin, flanges, seals, seal track, etc., and getting approval from PW workshop before manufacturing new shutter. Repairs, Welding and surface facing by buffing and grinding machines to embedded groove frames, sill beam top, seal track and roller track. Painting of new shutter, groove frames, etc., with two coats of zinc rich primer and two coats of first quality epoxy coal tar painting. Including all Dismantling and reassembling works required for placing the emergency shutter and dismantling the masonry portion where ever necessary, make it original condition by means of cement concrete or masonry and finishing the portion. Supply and fixing groove open cover using 6mm Chequred plate with 65x65x12mm angles as frame for all round outer and intermediate frame support. Supply and fixing new girder, 2-ton chain block to lift emergency shutter and Labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, all materials and Conveyance to the site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, all civil works. handing over of all old materials removed from this work to dam officials, etc., complete as directed by the departmental Engineers. After completion of above work a satisfactory test trial run should be as per IS Specification. (Excluding GST)
