Repairs to guiding assembly at all levels by providing guide plates and machined to shape to suite the suspension channel ISMC 125, Repairs to the platforms inside the sluice well. MS Ladder repairing work Inner level platform connecting ladder and guide box for a size of 3'x2' using 6mm chequered plate and ISMC 100 should be removable during Shutter lifting, All the Above items Should be painted with zinc rich primer (85%±5%zinc) two coats and epoxy Coal tar paint two coats after thorough cleaning by hand tools and power tools (Buffing Machine etc.,) and Labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, gas cutting, conveyance charges to the site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, all civil works, handing over of all old materials removed from this work to dam officials, etc., complete as directed by the departmental Engineers. After completion of above work a satisfactory test trial run should be as per IS Specification. (Excluding GST)

Manufacturing, Supply and Erection of New Emergency Shutter of size 900mm x 1500mm Including preparing detailed drawing of shutter frame work, roller box, roller, roller pin, flanges, seals, seal track, etc., and getting approval from PW workshop before manufacturing new shutter.
