Dismantling clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of walls of Stone masonry in lime mortar walls under 3 m high as directed by the departmental officers.

Drilling holes 50mm dia and 1m deep in Hard granite/RCC and inserting 25mm dia RTS L shape anchor rods of 2.20m length for holding Foundation and fixing in position including cost of steel and grouting the anchour holes with cement slurry etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in in Sand, slit and other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil and hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, Shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including excavated earth etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(open excavation)

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm confirming to IS specified grading(to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade (Design Mix) using hard broken granite stone jelly coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size 60% of 40mm and 20% of 20mm and down graded confirming to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and laying in position, standardised Reinforcced Cement Concrete Mix M.20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC works with miniimum cement content of 325 Kg/m3 and water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticeser/super plasticeser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with above (5.0cum) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cu.m) 5156 Kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 Kg of M.Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing curing, etc., and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers of work. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement to IS standards. (No seperate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) .

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grills for Reinforcement of RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bendingand tying the grills complete complying with standard specification steel and binding wire will be at the contractor's own cost.

Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinthbeam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc. using MS sheets10 guage thick of size 90cmx60cm stiffened with MSangle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and duly supported and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complying with standard specification Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Without strutting)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical/sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets 10 gauge thick of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded míld steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is inluding the cost and converyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Jeddy stone dry packing for revetment using old stones obtained at site including cost of wedges, for filling the gaps including conveyance, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricationg, Supplying and fixing in position of SG shutter arrangements for size 0.60 x 0.60m the skin plate covered with M.S. Angle 50x50x6 mm for outer frame and with each 2 Nos of horizontal and vertical stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section, the top channels made out 1.80m length with standard thickness with head set arrangements and the side channel made 2.20m height with stanadrad thickness ,the shutter screw gearing rod arrangements consist of 50mm dia M.S.Rod for required height of shutter duly threaded to operate the screw gearing rod . Necessary bed bolts and fix plates to be provided for anchorage arrangements to place the R.S. Joist in position. The rate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying two coats of A.C.Black paint over one coat of Rex oxide primer, conveyance at work spot etc., complete as per specification as directed by the department officers.
