Providing and placing in Position of Plain cement concrete of grade M10 using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 40mm to IS specified grading mixing by mixer machine including dewatering the placement site,laying the concrete in layers and in bays compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts watering curing to attain the profile and strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification.(Without Vibrator).

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for retaining wall and all RCC works such as column, footing, plinth beam, etc., upto 3.29m height and all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffeded with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( country wood ) joits of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrived materials should be taken back the contractor.

Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M15 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%); weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Below ground level 1.50 m depth and upto 1.00 m height above ground level

Above 1.00 m height and upto 4.50 m height above ground level

Providing and laying in position of Standardised Concrete Mix M20 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement concrete of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 with about (5 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification. (with vibration)

Below ground level 1.50 m depth and upto 1.00 m height above ground level

Above 1.00 m height and upto 4.50 m height above ground level

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS or MS reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel rods of all sizes including binding wires and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Drilling holes in hard granite 50mm diameter etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Grouting the holes of 50mm dia with cm 1:2 with w/c ratio of 0.33 in the existing weir/anicut body wall provided at a spacing of 80cm c/c ina staggered manner in the vertical surface for fixing the anchor rod of 16mm dia RTS rod of 1m long in such a position that 60cm length embedded into the masonry wall at a down ward inclination of 50 with horizandal and 90 cm length projected and bend outside the wall including clearing the drilled, hole, fixing the rod and other incidental charges etc. complying with standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.10 m x 0.90 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 2.25 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.10 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 2.35 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 1.70 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg)

made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting Shutter including crane hire charges (As per SR p .257). The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Shutter size 1.10 m x 0.90 m)

Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.20 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 2.80 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing and placing in position of plain Cement concrete of grade M15using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary; laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick and in bays; Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts; watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.(With Vibrator).

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and four sand) 20mm thick including all incidental chares such as scaffolding finishing curing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) for flush pointing in Random Rubble masonry complying with standard specification.

Providing Construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 1.68m2 of Mastic pad required for 1RM) at Vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia PVC Pipe to the required length for protection wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials, Conveyance to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement with 110mm dia size broken stone granite charges of the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(at 2m interval)

Providing Construction contraction and lift joints in mansonry, concrete including cutting, jointing the PVC Water Stopper of 230mm width and placing Masticpad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23m2 of Mastic pad required for 1RM) at the joint below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic fillings as specified in the drawings and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete M20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6 mm MS 9 numbers as strrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M alround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as u/s anicut bund and u/s and D/s river bund including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC having the base plain Cement concrete of 10CM of grade M15 concrete using hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal 1/3 Part of 40mm & 2/3 Part of 20mm size, and the post embedded by using Cement Concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal mazimum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm etc., complete as directed by the Engineeer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
