Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Sulphate Resisting Cement)

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm. And B.G. 10 stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid overcountry wood joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75cm. c/c) etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

Supplying and laying of ready mix for M30 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Sulphate Resisting Cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate with flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ]. Including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Supplying factory fusion bonded epoxy coated with minimum 175 microns thickness H.Y.S.D. steel (Cold, Twisted ) reinforcement for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance from point of purchase to reputed company and to site after coated straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing inverted filter by using 20mm to 50mm size graded metal to a thickness etc., including cost of rough stone/broken stone, conveyance, labour charges etc., completed and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and Erection of Screw Gearing stainless steel shutters of size 3.20m x 1.10m with 0.15 m bearing of each sides consists of skin plate made out of 12mm thick stainless steel plate (316GR) and horizontally stiffened with five rows of 250x 125mm stainless steel joist (316GR) and Vertical stiffeners made out of 150x10mm (316GR) SS Flat at an interval not more than 0.60m and end verticals made up of 125 x 12mm (316GR) SS plates 2Nos on both sides provided with 150mm dia (316GR) rollers 2Nos on both sides with 2 1/2 dia gun metal bushes and 2" dia roller pin for smooth operation. The Shutter lifted with 12mm thick (316GR) gusset plate required size on both sides fastened with SS bolts and nuts etc. Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia stainless steel pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter, the bottom seal made up of 75x10mm flat rubber seal covered with 65x8mm (316GR) Flats fastened with required SS bolts & nuts. The shutter Groove angle made up of 175 X 175 X 10mm stainless steel angle for required height of two numbers on both sides including welding hold fast of size 50x50x6mm angle 3Nos on both sides. The groove angle weld with sill beam made Out of size 150 x 75mm RSJ of length of required and the SS plat of size 75 X 8mm welded in the top of the sill beam. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment and position. The screw rod made up of 80mm dia stainless steel (316GR) duly machined and fully threaded to suit the worm gear box and provided with required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the gear box. The Top Beam made out of 300x140mm SS joists (316GR) duly drilled to suit the gear box stand and fixed with required bed bolt made out of 25mm stainless steel (316GR) Round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m with necessary fish plate made out of 20mm stainless steel (316GR) plate of size 0.23x0.50m 2 Nos with required holes. Providing Auto mechanical arrangements and including design, fabrication, supply and erection of worm gear box and electric motor for easy operation of shutter. The new 3Tonne capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of gun metal, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 80mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 100mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box connected other side with 3Hp reversible geared motor with output Rpm125, 3-Phase, 400-440 volts, 50 cycle suitable for reversing is to be fixed with reduction gear box drive shaft by using suitable flexible couplings and provided with dog clutch arrangement made up of cast steel of required size for switching manual to mechanical operation is to be provided in the worm shaft in between the worm gear box and motor. The motor and gear box assembly fixed over the stand on platform made up of 75 x75 x 6mm SS angle and 16mm thick SS plates and the stands should be rested on 150 x 75mm SS channel to be provided as additional stiffener of existing platform. The motor and gear box assembly protected with a dust proof cover made up of 18G GI sheet stiffened with mild steel angles. The motor controlled by reversible starter with suitable main and all other accessories, provided in the panel board. The Panel board made up of 18G sheet for required size strengthened with MS angles. Limit switches for lower level and upper level of the shutter to be provided in the steel pipe for control the operation of the gate. The level indicator with limit switch striker is to fixed on the top of the screw rod to measure the opening level of the shutter and cut off the power at lower level and upper level of the shutter synchronized with the limit switches. Painting the motor and worm gear box assembly with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer. Providing protection arrangements to hoisting arrangements of regulator made by vertical posts to required height made up of 65x65x8mm mild steel angle fixed at an interval of 1.20 m and connected at top with same 65 x 65 x 8 mm mild steel angle for required width and the horizontal barricade made up of ¾" GI B - Class pipe at an interval of 0.30 m fixed to the vertical posts and top protection angle. The protection angle cutting to the required sizes and straightening to vertical. The angle should be drilled for 20 mm dia by drilling machine at an interval of 0.35 m and the GI pipe is to cut to appropriate length by using cutting machine at workshop. The angle and pipes conveyed from workshop to work side by using lorries and unloaded at site of work. The angle is to be fixed on the top of the platform in vertical position and welded with welding machine operated with power generator. The GI pipes is to be fixed through the holes provided in the angle and extended with GI specials. the GI pipes is welded at all holes rigidly with power electrodes. Inner side of the protection arrangements a protection grill made up of 1" square weld mesh with 25x25x6mm MS frames to be fixed to the vertical posts with required bolts and nuts. the protection arrangements is to be painted with two coats of epoxy paint of approved color over one coat of zinc rich primer. the cost includes cost of all materials. Process charges like gas cutting, welding manual labour charges loading lifting unloading transporting erection hire charges for equipments, power charges for generator, scaffolding charges, risk allowance fee working at a height of more than 3m conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work warranty for 5 years exclusive of all taxes etc., completed and as directed the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing 316 Gr Stainless Steel Shutters of Size 1.00 m x 1.00 m consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick SS Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm SS steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm SS Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent, Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arragements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. the rate shall including Conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6mm Mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6mm Mild steel angle of 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and excluding all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and excluding all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and excluding all other taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and excluding all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Damp proof course with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with best approved quality water proofing compound confirming to Indian Standard specification as specified by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used, finishing and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brickwork in cement Mortar 1:5 for the works using best quality country bricks of size 8- 3/4" x 4-1/4" x2-3/4" etc., for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick partition walls of 10.80 cm thickness using best quality country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five CS sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc., complete and as dricected by the departmental officers.(Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

In Ground floor

Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat CS Sandwiching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. In case of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Single Leaf

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of steel sheeted windows ( Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames.
