Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, three M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) for Partition walls etc., in all floors including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing R.C.C. Work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces in all floors with Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One Cement, Three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) 6 mm thick including scaffolding, labour charges, cleaning etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC WINDOWS( Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles aremulti chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with overall the edges of frame and shutter. The shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. Providing and laying terrace lime concrete weathering course with grade brick aggregate 25 mm nominal size and 50% mortar comprising of 1 lime putty and 2 surkhi and curing including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of glazed Aluminium Partition with Aluminium frame section (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) for vertical and bottom of size 65 X 38 X 2 mm, horizontal section of size 100 X 45 X 2 mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glasssuperior quality at middle portion and Novapan of 8 mm thick at top and bottom with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in theconcrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete.
