Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Micro- Concrete: Stock sufficient quantity of micro concrete (Renderoc RG of Fosroc or equivalent) and 12mm downgraded chips on site to enable the completion of the pouring in a continuous operation. An approved concrete mixer or a slow speed heavy dutydrilling machine fitted with mixing paddle shall be used. Mix the micro concrete and the 12mm down grade chips in the ratio of 1: 0.5 by weight with required quantity of water as per the data sheet and place the same to the prefixed formwork. Remove the formwork after 24 hours in the case of Pile and other structures and check for any surface defects and if so, apply the polymer modified mortar - complete. The rate shall include cost of equipments, interacting, drilling holes in deck slab, mixing, placing, making, arrangements for supply, micro concrete, labour, transport and fuel, cost of boat hiring, catamaran, pontoon etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Epoxy Jointing Compound: Clean the concrete surface, remove the loose particle, if any. Make sure that the form work is ready for positioning. Mix the base and hardener of the epoxy resin jointing compound and apply the same to the prepared surface. Care should be taken that the micro concrete needs to be done within 5 hours maximum from the time of application of epoxy jointing compound Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Anti-corrosive Coating: Clean the rebars using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar at 45 microns/coat and total dry film thickness (DFT 90) microns in 2 coats and allow it to dry complete. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Curing Compound: Immediately after striking the form work or after completion of the repair works, the surface should be sprayed water once and followed by application of membrane-based curing compound like Concure WB of Fosroc or equivalent diluted with water in the ratio of 1: 1 as a curing membrane - Complete. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Protective coatings for Environmental face using Dekguard S of Fosroc: Providing and applying a single component high build elastomeric, crack - bridging, resistant to CO2 and Chloride iron diffusion, UV resistant, breathable acrylic coating with elongation at break exceeding 200% using Dekguard S of Fosroc or equivalent material applied in two coats(Each coat 125 micron DFT) on acrylic based primer at an average thickness of 250 microns DFT in two coats including acrylic resin based primer as per recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate is inclusive of the materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
